Before cooking, it is important to choose and prepare the ingredients correctly.

You need to take only fresh products. The ginger root must be from a new harvest, smooth, without damage or rot.

Select medium-sized garlic, with even, smooth cloves.

  • 300-400 g ginger.
  • 2-3 large cloves of garlic.
  • 500 ml vodka.
  1. Wash the ginger and cut into small slices.
  2. Chop the garlic until a paste forms.
  3. Mix the ingredients and add vodka.
  4. Cover the container tightly and leave for 2 weeks.
  5. Filter.
Take 1 tsp orally. 2 times a day before meals. Continue taking for 2-4 weeks. With the help of tincture you can also carry out warming rubbing.
For people who do not accept alcohol, vodka is replaced with water.
  • 1 ginger root.
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic.
  • 2 liters of water.
  1. Pour hot water over the components.
  2. Leave in a tightly closed container for 2-4 hours.
  3. Cool and strain.
Drink 1 cup before meals (3 times a day). Continue for no more than a month.
  • 125 ml lemon juice.
  • 100-200 g ginger (it is advisable to take ginger juice).
  • 250 ml vinegar (apple vinegar).
  • 1 glass of liquid honey.
  • 10-15 cloves of garlic.
  1. Mix lemon and ginger juice in a bowl.
  2. Chop the garlic and place it in a blender along with the juices.
  3. Beat until smooth.
  4. Pour vinegar and honey into the resulting mixture.
  5. Mix with a spoon.
  6. Pour into a jar and store in the refrigerator.
  7. Maintain for 5 days and only then start taking it.
2 tbsp. dissolve the resulting tincture in a glass of warm water or natural juice. Drink in the morning and evening (one hour after meals).
  • A quarter cup each of ginger and garlic.
  • 2 pods of hot pepper.
  • 2 tbsp. turmeric.
  • 2 lemons.
  • Half a glass of honey.
  1. Finely chop the lemons, ginger, garlic and pepper.
  2. Add liquid honey.
  3. Add turmeric to the mixture. To stir thoroughly.
  4. Leave in the refrigerator for 14 days.
This is a spicy tincture that is only suitable for adults.
  • To strengthen the immune system, drink 1 tbsp. per day.
  • For the treatment of diseases - 1 tbsp. 2-4 times a day.

It is forbidden to drink on an empty stomach. Do not drink water or tea: this will reduce the effect of the burning composition.

  • A small onion.
  • Ginger root (up to 3 cm).
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic.
  • 3 tbsp honey.
  1. Chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Grate the ginger.
  3. Place the garlic under a press.
  4. Mix the ingredients and add honey.
  5. Leave overnight in a dark place.
You can remove pieces of onion, garlic and ginger from the mixture. Take the rest orally healing honey 1 tsp every 2 hours. Commonly used to treat cough.
Fragrant tea
  • 2 small garlic cloves.
  • A quarter of ginger root.
  • Hot water 1 l.
  1. Finely chop or grate the ginger.
  2. Finely chop the garlic.
  3. Pour boiling water over and leave for 2 hours.
  4. Strain thoroughly, remove the garlic pulp and ginger.
Drink 100 ml before each meal.

To prepare the tincture with lemon and other ingredients according to the recipe, you need to take hot water. Boiling water will destroy the molecular bonds in amino acids and organic acids, essential oils. This will reduce the effectiveness of the product.
