Kachinsky (Krasnodar) Higher Military Aviation School
The Kachin School became the first military flight school in the history of the Russian Federation. SVAAUL – Syzran Military Flight School
The Syzran Military Institute, as it is also called, is the only university in Russia that produces professional pilots flying military helicopters. The school was formed in 1940. At that time, an aviation school for pilots was organized. In 1998, the school was transformed and became a higher educational institution - the Syzran Military Aviation Institute.
