When I developed sex training, the products were included for two reasons: some sex toys are really useful and interesting. The second reason: cooperation with sex shops made it possible to make the price of a ticket to the training affordable, that is, lower. And then each client herself chose what she needed and whether she needed to buy it at all. But never 50 percent of my training revolved around the issue of “buy and sell.” Never until the Russian sex industry realized: either sex shops in the post-Soviet space, even in the format of wretched stalls, will die out, or they will take over the format of sex training. This is how literally all the training centers known today in Russia appeared. Businessmen on the verge of bankruptcy in Russia turned their sex shops into them. There was nothing left from my trainings except a reason to mention another product. And the product collection has ballooned to the assortment of a full-fledged sex shop thanks to the “professionalism” of managers who approach the process according to the principle “the supplier brought this - we need to figure out how to sell it.” I no longer wanted to participate in this.

Women, don’t turn into “furniture” and nannies!

Dear ladies, I would like to immediately explain why it is so important for you to read this book. The fact is that the widespread illiteracy of women regarding problems associated with intimate muscles and vaginal sex has reached its terrifying limit not only in our country, but also abroad. Recent international studies have shown that 93 percent of women do not even know how their very important muscles are structured - the pelvic floor muscles. Moreover, they do not even suspect what stress, what circumstances and what conditions of their life lead to the fact that at pre-retirement age they begin to suffer from:

Prolapse of the uterus and other internal organs,

Urinary incontinence,

Complex gynecological diseases,

Loss of women's sexual health,

Lack of sex life.


I have encountered the general ignorance of women, who do not even know how an orgasm works and how to have sex correctly, during the thousands of trainings I have conducted. At almost every meeting, both young girls and mature women approached me with a request to explain how their own body works (!), what affects their intimate muscles, their sex.

Women put their sexual health at risk every day!

And who can they talk to about this? Gynecologists, as a rule, do not go beyond their direct job responsibilities. In their offices, visitors, as a rule, can get answers only to the simplest questions: is she pregnant or not, what is the state of the flora in the vagina (and everything is always wrong there), whether there is chlamydia or thrush, and so on. It is a rare case, downright exotic, if a doctor advises a future woman in labor to “pump up her muscles” with the help of Kegel exercises to strengthen and tone the pelvic floor muscles. And to talk about sex - this would not even occur to either the doctor or the patient! We are embarrassed to ask about orgasm, how to have vaginal sex with our man, and how to please both ourselves and him. Moreover, gynecologists know nothing at all about intimate muscles! You are only informed of their existence when it is time to have surgery for uterine prolapse or stress urinary incontinence. Moreover, the topic of stress urinary incontinence is generally considered the norm, and therefore there is a powerful advertising campaign on TV for urological pads for women.

But all these problems could have been avoided if gynecologists had told girls how to maintain intimate muscles in tone from a young age, in particular, preserve the diaphragm of the pelvic floor muscles, the basis of female sexual health.

And you must admit that a doctor’s office is not the most suitable environment for frank conversations. And, by and large, gynecologists have little interest in the personal lives of their patients. The main thing for them is to palpate the internal female organs.

Not assistants and sexologists. Not only are the majority of Russian women not accustomed to consulting sexologists, but they themselves are of little use: they will not be able to discuss the topic of intimate muscles, because they do not see the state they are in. And in general, sexologists deal with the psychological aspects of sex and give recommendations regarding typical marital problems, psychological ones associated with men. And it turns out that there is no one to talk to about your sexual health, your intimate muscles and vaginal orgasm!

Once, when I arrived for a television shoot and was waiting to go on the set, the make-up girl, very embarrassed, quietly asked me in my ear: “Katya, I want to ask you a terrible question.” I was even scared at first - what was she so afraid of? The make-up artist, stuttering and blushing, admitted to me: “I don’t have an orgasm during sex. Is there something wrong with me? The girl knew that I was a sex coach, so she decided to ask this question. She complained that she had no one to talk to about this topic.

As a result, it turns out that in our country not only are women sexually illiterate, but they also have no one to discuss their intimate problems with.

They, of course, try to find answers on the Internet, but they don’t find them, although the Network is replete with articles about sex problems. We do not have competent textbooks, books, guides on how to use our intimate muscles and engage in vaginal sex - important information never reaches women. It all comes down to either the Kama Sutra or intimate goods from sex shops. And as a result, women put their sexual health at risk every day!

The threat lies in the fact that every day when a woman lifts weights - be it a child who weighs more than 5 kilograms, or heavy bags from the store, she puts pressure on the pelvic floor diaphragm with intra-abdominal pressure and thereby first provokes stress urinary incontinence, and then uterine prolapse. Women don't know anything about this. Moreover, they don’t even realize that when they exercise in the gym with dumbbells, barbells, and other strength-training exercises, they also expose themselves to the danger of uterine prolapse. Therefore, in this book I will definitely tell you in detail how sports affects intimate muscles.

What about the heaviness! Even every time we sneeze, cough, laugh, jump, or strain too hard during bowel movements, the pelvic floor muscles are subjected to intra-abdominal pressure. And these muscles are very thin, and with every sneeze or exercise they become thinner and thinner. Remember that intimate muscles are subject to a very heavy load! And the woman is not told anything about this.

And even more information is hidden by doctors about pregnancy and childbirth. Women ask me on forums with fear: what will happen to them after the birth of a child and how can they recover? They cannot find answers even to such seemingly simple questions.

At my trainings, I even met girls who did not know why they felt pain during vaginal sex. They do not understand why they experience discomfort when the penis penetrates deeply. Imagine the lack of basic sexual literacy among Russian ladies! They don't know the simple reason for this pain. When a woman is either ovulating, or she has not gone to the toilet, either small or large, or feces are pressing on the uterus, or she is in premenstruation, and the head of the penis - even of medium size - hits the cervix with a fairly large amplitude of movement, this and causes discomfort. And this is the absolute norm! But for some reason, certified specialists don’t talk about this either! And the woman thinks that she is sick with something. She goes to the gynecologist, he finds some sores, she is treated, but continues to have sex just as thoughtlessly, overcoming the pain. And he doesn’t know that during vaginal sex it is necessary to use lubricants that ease friction (intimate lubricating gels) if a man’s penetration is difficult due to the fact that the lubricant is produced quite little. And if she constantly has sex without lubricant, dry, then the walls of the vagina and the wall of the uterus are injured, which ultimately leads to cervical erosion and other gynecological problems. And women don’t know anything about this either!

Why do even 40-year-old women give up on sex?

I am the first person in our country who began to speak openly on the topic of sex and women’s sexual health. I became the first sex coach in Russia who, since 2012, has actively published articles on how a woman can achieve vaginal orgasm. The first competent articles of a sex coach in Russia are my articles in glossy magazines like “Cosmopolitan” or “Glamour”. Before my appearance, none of the Russian specialists and sexologists raised these problems. Even the term “sex coaching” in Russia was invented by me. Nowadays some new sex coaches are appearing, led by people who attended my trainings or watched enough of my trainings on YouTube. They declare themselves sex coaches and begin to conduct their trainings under the promoted brand of my name, openly stealing material from me.

I really am a VIP expert in my field, because no other specialist in our country has such enormous experience and such a large number of clients that I have. Moreover, all these “experts” are useless because they are not able to give a woman competent recommendations regarding vaginal sex: how to do it in order to get an orgasm. Moreover, not a single sexologist knows how and with what to train intimate muscles. It is not their responsibility to make such recommendations.

Therefore, in this book every woman should find answers to all the questions that concern her. It is important! Until a woman understands herself, how her body works, why she does not have an orgasm, she will continue to live in captivity of delusions: that, they say, she is not sexual, that she has serious problems with sexual health, that she is all sick. And as a result, she completely stops having sex. This is evidenced by statistics: almost 50 percent of women give up sexual life after menopause. As a result, they turn into “furniture” and nannies for their grandchildren. They are no longer capable of any other female functions. I feel unbearably sorry for our women! After all, I know that after 50 years you can be quite sexy, young and active! World statistics show that 50-year-old European and American women perceive themselves as young enough and are ready for sex and new relationships: they open their own businesses and find young sexual partners. After 50 years, their life is just beginning.

And the majority of Russian women of Balzac age suffer from uterine prolapse, stress urinary incontinence and completely refuse sex. They become old grandmothers. What about fifty-year-olds! I know a lot of 35-40 year old women who have long ago given up on their sex life, because it ceases to interest them. Sexual intercourse is reduced significantly. The man becomes indifferent. And the woman stops expecting unusual orgasms. Due to the fact that they do not experience vaginal orgasm and do not know how to diversify sex with their man, the only concern of the still fairly young “desperate housewives” is raising children and replenishing the family budget. She will only be lucky if she finds a lover.

In a word, the refusal of sexual life by both young and mature women is associated with the lack of specialists in this field and literature on this topic. That is why in this book I would like to consider not only the problem of maintaining the health of intimate muscles, but also the topic of vaginal sex, so that women know how to get a real bright orgasm. And so that they do not reproach themselves in vain for the fact that there is supposedly “something wrong” with them. And I hope that thanks to my book, the blind spots in your sexual education will disappear. And women will solve their most important intimate problems, which experts do not talk about, do not write about in specialized literature, and do not even report in the press.

“Medical businessmen” hide information about intimate muscles!

I will explain why this topic is kept silent. Remember the main rule of a detective: if you want to understand why they are hiding some information from you, you need to ask one simple question - who benefits from this?

Today, one of the most profitable areas of gynecological surgery is considered to be surgery to eliminate uterine prolapse. This operation costs hundreds of thousands of rubles. There are a huge number of them held every year. Moreover, gynecologists strongly recommend this terrible operation, which is quite dangerous to health, to their patients. Moreover, they send women to surgeons for urinary incontinence, because it is usually associated with uterine prolapse. This is a very profitable medical business! It is beneficial for gynecologists and surgeons to hush up these problems in order to bring a woman to the point where nothing can help her except surgery. Therefore, information is not distributed anywhere on how a woman can avoid such dangerous consequences - except for the notorious Kegel exercises, which by and large do not work. Why? You will also read about this in this book.

The second problem why so little is said about sexual health is the lack of fashion on this topic. And take any European women's magazine - you will see articles by scientists who talk about their research. They even bring up topics about how exercise affects stress urinary incontinence in female athletes. This is an important topic that I raise in this book. After all, any sport where there is bouncing movements leads to stress urinary incontinence. International studies were conducted, which revealed that almost 80 percent of nulliparous women who play volleyball, and 70 percent of nulliparous women who play tennis, as well as any sports where there is active jumping and kicking the ground, develop stress. urinary incontinence. And only those women who play golf don’t have this problem. All these scientific studies show how dangerous sports with excessive loads are for women's health. Therefore, all female athletes need to take care from a young age that they do not develop gynecological diseases over time. And no one talks about this either! After all, this is unprofitable for the whole army of specialists serving athletes. Hundreds of billions of dollars a year are spent on ensuring that women are actively involved in sports: buying sportswear, maintaining a proper diet, purchasing expensive memberships to fitness centers, paying for personal trainers. But nowhere does it say how to maintain sexual health.

And how profitable vaginoplasty operations are! This cosmetic surgery is second in popularity after breast augmentation. Vaginoplasty is performed mainly by women after 40 years of age all over the world. This fashion has not yet reached our country, but it seems that we are one step away from this trend. Why is this operation becoming so popular? The answer is simple: women don’t even know that they can get into proper shape without resorting to the services of a surgeon.

It's also sad that the media creates harmful myths about sex. For example, they deny the existence of the G-spot, find new incredible types of orgasm, spread incorrect information about squirting (a special type of female orgasm, characterized by incredible strength and depth of orgasmic sensations - Ed.), claim that women can only get one type of orgasm, and so on. Misinformation has a negative impact on sexual behavior, driving women deeper into sexual illiteracy. And finally, the ignorance of men about sex is no less depressing.

Therefore, every woman should familiarize herself with what I write about in this book. In general, before contacting an expert, you need to find out how competent he is. Google it and see what it is. And when it comes to sex coaching, you need to approach it as seriously as choosing a lawyer, or a plastic surgeon, or a realtor, that is, you need to figure out who is what in the sex coaching market. Beware of falling into the trap of an untested, self-proclaimed sex coaching expert! And remember that before I appeared, such a service did not exist at all. Moreover, this term came to us from America; it means “sex coach.” Until 2012, you will not even find a mention of this profession anywhere, because, in fact, I am the only one who is truly influential, important, significant and something of an expert in this field.

It was I who promoted this direction in Russia. I introduced this term by turning to the experience of foreign colleagues, and thereby identifying myself to my potential clients. And today, anyone and everyone calls themselves experts in sex coaching. Some strange comrades on the Internet tell how to bring a woman to a jet orgasm. They tell you how to tie a man to you in three seconds with the help of a lit fragrant candle, the wax of which you drip onto your hair, neck and shoulder. Many people today call themselves “sex coaches,” even sexologists and sex therapists. And until 2012, such a profession did not exist in Russia for the simple reason that at the time when I started doing my trainings and promoting them, this topic was viewed very negatively. No matter who I offered to organize my trainings, everyone timidly refused: “How are we going to use such a word as “sex”?!” How are we even going to tell Russian women that “sex needs to be learned”?!” And only after a while, when everyone saw how popular I had achieved, hundreds of sex coaching courses appeared on the Russian Internet, like mushrooms after rain. When you type this name in a search engine, a lot of addresses and articles of false sex trainers will “pop up” who want to quickly make money in the direction that I promoted, and gave it impetus, sound and demand in the market!
