Preparation:

  1. Wash potatoes under running water. If desired, you can scrape the skin off fresh potatoes. I cut into medium-sized slices.
  2. I carefully peel and rinse the garlic and onions. I chop it finely. I chop the onion into thin half rings, the garlic into small pieces. I put it on the frying pan. Fry until golden brown. I stir, avoiding burning.
  3. I spread the prepared onion-garlic frying. Next I send the potatoes to fry. Cook on both sides until golden brown. Add spices (salt and pepper) to taste.

Fried potatoes with mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • Fresh mushrooms – 500 g,
  • Potatoes – 1 kg,

Preparation:

  1. I thoroughly wash fresh mushrooms (any to your taste) and boil them in water with a little salt.
  2. Wash the potatoes and remove the skins. I cut into equal sized pieces. I throw it into a frying pan with preheated vegetable oil.
  3. While the potatoes are cooking, I carefully chop the mushrooms. I chop the peeled and thoroughly washed onion into thin rings.
  4. After 10 minutes of frying the potatoes, add chopped onion and salt.
  5. I simmer until fully cooked for 15-25 minutes under a closed lid. I stir from time to time.
  6. 2-3 minutes before readiness, add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves.

Potato casserole with cheese and sausages

To prepare a simple dish for dinner, it is better to use hard cheese and regular milk sausages.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 5 pieces,
  • Sausages – 4 pieces,
  • Cheese – 100 g,
  • Chicken egg - 2 pieces,
  • Butter - for baking,
  • Green onions – 5 g (for decoration),
  • Salt, ground pepper - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. I peel the potatoes and boil them in water with added salt. I put it on a plate. I leave it to cool.

A very simple and incredibly tasty recipe for potato pancakes. To get the dough of the required consistency, do not use fresh tubers. Draniki made from new potatoes do not hold their shape well. If there are no other vegetables, you can save the situation with eggs, corn or potato starch.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 4 medium sized tubers,
  • Flour – 1 tablespoon,
  • Sour cream – 1 tablespoon,
  • Butter – 1 tablespoon,
  • Salt - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. I grate the potatoes using a coarse grater. I squeeze out the resulting mixture (remove excess liquid). I add medium fat sour cream and flour. Salt and mix the dough thoroughly.

Helpful advice. For flavor, you can add cloves of garlic passed through a special press.

  1. I heat the oil in a frying pan, otherwise the potato pancakes won’t turn out.
  2. I spread the blanks using a tablespoon. You should get cakes of medium thickness.
  3. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Fire - medium.

  • Zucchini – 1 piece,
  • Eggplant – 1 piece,
  • Tomato – 1 fruit,
  • Onion – 1 head,
  • Carrots – 1 piece,
  • Sweet pepper (Bulgarian) – 1 piece,
  • Green beans – 100 g,
  • Tomato paste – 1 tablespoon,
  • Salt, pepper, fresh herbs - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. I rinse the vegetables under running water. Dry gently with a kitchen paper towel.
  2. I'm starting to cut. I try to cut vegetables into equal parts, except for onions and carrots, which are better made smaller. I chop the cabbage into thin strips.
  3. I cut the eggplant into medium-sized pieces, taking into account that the vegetables will fry.
  4. I remove the seeds from sweet peppers. I cut it into cubes. I do the same with zucchini, potatoes, fresh tomatoes, and broccoli.
  5. I cut the carrots into thin halves of circles and finely chop the onion. I fry it in a cauldron with the addition of vegetable oil.
  6. Next I throw in shredded white cabbage. Cook for 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
  7. I lay out the vegetables: peppers, zucchini, eggplant, potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. I pour water (120-150 g). I simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Finally, I lay out the remaining ingredients, including tomato paste. I stir. I simmer until fully cooked.

I serve the assorted vegetables hot, garnish with fresh herbs (parsley and dill).

Light salad with cheese, garlic and pineapple

The dinner dish is prepared very quickly and simply, and tastes unusual. Dressed with low-calorie mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

  • Canned pineapples – 200 g,
  • Hard cheese – 150 g,

  1. Wash the chicken fillet thoroughly. If necessary, I remove the film. I cut it into neat cubes. I put it on a plate. Salt and add spices (at your discretion). I put it aside.
  2. I wash and peel vegetables. I chop the onion into half rings, and cut the carrots into small cubes.
  3. I put the chicken fillet parts into the frying pan. Fry in sunflower oil until lightly browned. Pour in the flour, stir and fry until fully cooked, reducing the heat.
  4. Place the chicken fillet in a deep saucepan. I sprinkle onions with carrots.
  5. I pour boiled water. Simmer over low heat for 8-12 minutes. I stir from time to time.
  6. As a side dish, I boil medium-grain rice in bags.

I serve juicy chicken with onions, carrots and boiled rice. I decorate with finely chopped green onions.

Spaghetti bolognese

Ingredients:

  • Minced beef – 500 g,
  • Fresh tomatoes – 5 pieces,
  • Tomatoes in their own juice – 600 g,
  • Red onion – 1 piece,
  • Cream 12% fat - 5 tablespoons,
  • Olive oil – 3 large spoons,
  • Basil – 4 leaves,
  • Parmesan – 150 g,
  • Salt, black pepper - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. I cut the onion into small pieces. Fry in a frying pan with preheated olive oil. I set the fire to medium. I'm trying to soften the onion.
  2. I add tomatoes in their own juice to the chopped red onion. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, remembering to stir.
  3. Add cream to the tomato-onion mixture. Salt and pepper. I stir.
  4. I set the minced meat to cook in another frying pan. I fry it in vegetable oil.
  5. To the finished meat product I add tomatoes in their own juice with onions, fresh tomatoes cut into quarters. I stir.
  6. I cook the Bolognese pasta until the fresh tomatoes are soft.
  7. Boil the spaghetti in a saucepan according to the recipe on the package. Serve on a flat platter with the prepared meat sauce on top.

  • Chicken egg – 1 piece,

  • Boiled water – 3 tablespoons,
  • Garlic – 1 clove,

  • Vegetable oil - for greasing the mold.

Preparation:

  1. Transfer the finished minced meat into a deep bowl. I break 1 chicken egg. I add pepper and salt. I mix it carefully and slowly.
  2. I wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into thin slices.
  3. Grease the bottom of the baking dish with vegetable oil. I add chopped potatoes and salt.
  4. I'm preparing a simple sauce. In a separate plate, mix 4 large spoons of mayonnaise with boiled water. I add salt and my favorite spices. I squeeze 1 clove of garlic through a special press. I stir. The aromatic potato dressing is ready.
  5. I spread the sauce. The next layer of the casserole is onion, cut into thin half rings. Then I add minced meat with spices.
  6. I cut the tomatoes into slices. I spread the minced meat on top. I make a thin mesh out of mayonnaise. Squeeze out an even layer over the entire surface of the casserole.
  7. I grate the cheese on a finely grained vegetable grinder.
  8. I turn on the oven. I heat it up to a temperature of 200 degrees. I remove the casserole for 30-35 minutes.

Pork with mushrooms in soft sour cream sauce

Ingredients:

  • Pork – 500 g,
  • Champignons – 300 g,
  • Onion - 1 large piece,
  • Sour cream 20% fat - 1 cup,
  • Vegetable oil - for frying,
  • Salt, seasonings - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. I cut the pork into small pieces (after thoroughly washing and removing excess fat).
  2. I cut the mushrooms into thin slices, the onions into half rings.
  3. I take a frying pan. Pour in vegetable oil, heat it up and add the onion to brown.
  4. I'm putting out the pork. Fry until softened, remembering to stir.
  5. I add mushrooms, seasonings and salt. I fry for 10-15 minutes, then add sour cream and stir. I close the lid and reduce the heat.

Ingredients:

  • Pork – 800 g,
  • Rice – 500 g,
  • Carrots – 3 pieces,

  • Salt - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. I add oil to the cauldron. I heat and fry neat pieces of pork of the same size.

  4. I pour rice on top, thoroughly washed under running water. I pour in the required amount of water for cooking (2 cm above the level of the rice).
  5. I put peeled garlic cloves into the simmering pilaf. 3-4 pieces are enough.
  6. I close the cauldron. I leave the pilaf to cook for 30-40 minutes.

Chicken gizzards with garlic and carrots

Ingredients:

  • Chicken gizzards – 500 g,
  • Soy sauce – 100 ml,
  • Carrots – 200 g,
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon,
  • Garlic – 2 cloves,
  • Bay leaf – 1 piece,
  • Allspice – 3 peas,
  • Salt, ground black pepper - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Wash the chicken gizzards under running water in a colander. Carefully remove excess fat and film. I wash it again. I dry it.
  2. I put it in a cooking bowl, pour in cold water, add peppercorns and 1 bay leaf.
  3. I cook for 60 minutes in the “Cooking” mode at high power. For now you can do your homework. I take out the finished ventricles. I drain the water along with the pepper and bay leaf. I leave it to cool.
  4. I peel carrots. I grate it on a special grater to prepare Korean carrots.
  5. I pour vegetable oil into the washed dishes from the multicooker. I heat it up and lay out the carrots.

  7. After the carrots appear lightly golden in color, I transfer the ventricles. I stir. Fry together for 3-4 minutes.
  8. I pour in soy sauce, salt, pepper and add garlic crushed using a press.
  9. I close the multicooker. I turn on the “Extinguishing” program. I set the timer for 15 minutes.

  • Sweet pepper – 1 piece,
  • Tomatoes – 8 medium sized fruits,
  • Garlic – 4 cloves
  • Khmeli-suneli – 1 spoon,
  • Olive oil - for frying,
  • Green onions – 1 bunch,
  • Red wine, salt - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Wash the chicken thoroughly and dry it. I cut it into portions. Transfer to a non-stick frying pan. I don't add oil. Fry over medium heat, turning occasionally.
  2. In a separate frying pan, heat the olive oil. I throw in a finely chopped onion. Cook until golden brown.
