Medialeaks talked with Oryol residents and tried to find out exactly how they managed to find the young man, how they seized his dog and where the animal is now.

On Saturday, September 8, Orel resident Natalya Kuznetsova witnessed a not very pleasant sight. A woman was walking with her child and filmed a guy beating his dog. The video begins with Natalya, along with other townswomen, scolding a young man who is walking with a dog at a distance for beating his pet. The guy comes closer to them, and the women say that he is a coward and would not risk abusing the dog on camera. The Orlov resident quickly proves that this is not so: he gives the dog four strong kicks.

In response to the indignation of the townswomen, a very strange justification follows with words about how Vladimir Putin cuts people’s salaries, after which the guy tells the women that they are crazy and leaves. Be careful, the video contains scenes of violence and swearing.

According to Natalya, the guy not only beat the dog, but also choked him, lifting him on a leash. The woman wrote in the public page in which she published her video that she would like to file a complaint against the young man with law enforcement agencies.

Medialeaks contacted Oryol resident Marika Zlobina, who actively participated in the search for the young man with the video. The girl claims that she, along with three other concerned adults and three children, walked around the neighborhood on Saturday and showed passers-by a video, asking if they knew the guy.
