Alpha waves. It is with them that we will work today. When you start to relax with your eyes closed and at the same time various images begin to appear in your mind, your imagination begins to work actively, alpha waves appear. Their frequency is from 7 to 14 Hz. Alpha waves are generated by the right hemisphere of the brain.

When an adult is in a relaxed and comfortable state and at the same time he maintains conscious activity, a sufficient number of alpha waves are produced. Essentially, this is the state before falling asleep.

At this frequency, a person can effectively cope with the tasks assigned to him. Alpha waves greatly enhance the ability to perceive a large amount of information, develop abstract thinking, and help self-control. This frequency is also good for relieving stress, nervous tension and anxiety.

In the theta rhythm after heavy exercise, the body can quickly recover. At this frequency, a feeling of bliss and peace appears. Theta waves are generated by the right hemisphere of the brain. They are the boundary between consciousness and subconscious.

Theta waves promote the manifestation of paranormal abilities. They enhance emotions and feelings, and also allow you to program and reprogram the subconscious, and get rid of negative and limiting thinking. For people involved in self-development, mastering this frequency can be of great benefit.

Delta waves. This rhythm begins to work during deep sleep. In the delta state, the body undergoes intensive self-healing and self-healing processes. Delta waves are generated by the right hemisphere of the brain. Their frequency is from 0.5 to 4 Hz.

Before class, we remove all irritating factors: turn off the phone, intercom, close the doors so that relatives do not disturb. Clothes should be loose. A good time to do this technique is before bed, when everyone in the house is calm. The position should be comfortable; arms and legs should not be crossed.

How to enter the alpha state - practice

We close our eyes and make the first count from 3 to 1 as follows. First, take a deep breath and as you exhale, mentally pronounce the number 3 three times ( three, three, three) and imagine the image of the three in front of the internal screen. Then comes one. We also say the number 1 3 times, not forgetting about the image of the unit. Now we are not relaxing anything, but simply concentrating on one.

Then we lie down for a few seconds and begin the second countdown from 10 to 1. Now there is no need to take deep breaths and exhales. We do everything easily and relaxed. Let's start with ten. We also mentally pronounce the number 10 and imagine it. After 2-3 breaths while exhaling, we mentally pronounce the word "deeper" and mentally we seem to fall into the depths, into something pleasant, like into a pillow.

If at some number you start to get confused and forget what your score is, then you are already in alpha.

This can happen on any number. Once this has happened, there is no need to count anymore. Feel this state. There should be no active thoughts. If thoughts appear, just watch them as if from the outside and they will go away. A large flow of thoughts takes you out of a state of altered consciousness.

If you missed the alpha and fell asleep, it's okay. You just need to practice. If you didn’t get into this state the first time, you are in the state you will be in. It will still be alpha, just not deep.

The state of deep alpha is very pleasant, which is difficult to describe. This is a relaxed state with indescribable depth; it feels good and pleasant. When you get into deep alpha, you will understand this.

Stay in this state as long as you want. If time is limited, you can set an alarm clock with a pleasant melody.

In a normal alpha there is a period when you are overcome by love and happiness. Just observe this state and go deeper. If you want, you can remain in this state, but it is easy to slip through it, it is fleeting. For me, this state happens within a few seconds. Although this state of love may not exist, we are all different.

Sometimes 10-15 minutes in deep alpha can replace 1-2 hours of sleep.

In altered states of consciousness, various images may appear. Observe them and remain aware at the same time so as not to fall asleep. After some time, watching the images, it may dawn on you, you may understand something that you never understood, an interesting thought or idea may come to you, the necessary information that you have long forgotten may emerge in your memory.

Solving Problems Using the Alpha Brain State

In this trance state, you can tune in to solve the necessary problems and simply observe thoughts and images. Once you learn to enter a deep alpha state, you can master problem solving through this technique. Before practice, tune in to solving the desired problem, otherwise you may not remember this in the alpha itself and immerse yourself in the alpha. If you have found a solution to the problem, immediately get out of this state, otherwise you may not remember later.

With the help of an assistant, you can do great things, including writing books. To solve simple one-answer solutions, just enter alpha and observe what is happening there. We received an answer and left alpha.

If you need to receive a large amount of information, it is difficult to remember it. In this case, an assistant would be an ideal option. You received a piece of information in alpha, spoke it out loud and immediately entered alpha again. The assistant wrote down the information.

It is very pleasant to do this practice before bed. Of course, not everyone has the opportunity to enter this state 3 times a day. If you want to learn a new ability, look for conditions for practicing. Do this practice at least once a day, but daily. Once you have established this skill, daily practice will no longer be necessary. In order to enter an altered state of consciousness in 10 seconds, it took me about 2 months of daily practice.

Entering Theta

Very often, when entering alpha, a person falls into the theta state. With experience comes control of these states, but if the previous exercise is not enough for you, continue with this addition:

While in alpha, bring your attention to the tip of your chin and keep it there. This will move you to the theta frequency. At first this may take 5-10 minutes, but over time this time can be reduced to a few seconds. Instead of the chin, attention can be transferred to the third eye area.

Also a very good way to get into theta is to practice on awakening. Once you are awake, but not yet fully conscious and open your eyes, you are in the theta state. To remember this in the morning, you need to create the intention to remember it before falling asleep. When falling asleep, it is a very convenient moment to pass through this state and maintain it.

So, in the distant past, I was really very interested in the practices of Carlos Castaneda, and of course, what seemed most interesting to me was his experience of using power plants to achieve the perception of a special reality. According to him, such plants help to shift a certain assemblage point and enter a state of altered consciousness, but Carlos turned to hallucinogens only during the first years of training with his mentor Don Juan. Subsequently, he learned to induce these states through the power of intention. In other words, his body had already remembered the position of the displaced assemblage point and Carlos could cause this state with mental effort. Even in the first books, when Don Juan fed him dope and psilocybin, he himself said that for him such a state was easy to achieve through an effort of will or a sip of alcohol. But in order to evoke this state with intention, you need to be in it and remember it. So, after reading this literature, I decided in my youth to risk my health myself for the sake of Divine experience. I ate datura, fly agaric and other legal plants and eventually saw many amazing worlds and creatures, and then completely abandoned strong hallucinogens due to their harm to the body. But shifting the assemblage point with the help of deep meditation or lucid sleep is not so difficult for me now. Here it should immediately be noted that when I used certain plants systematically, their effect on the second and third doses was greatly weakened. Let's say, if at the first dose of morning glory I was visited by many spirits and entities, then at the second dose a week later, I was visited only by a distortion of space and a stomach upset. Narcotic influence on the perception of alcohol and cigarettes

If someone has never used this type of liquid and completely legal drug, then you should know the following. If a person has not drunk alcohol for several years and has led a sporty lifestyle, then if he drinks a couple of glasses of store-bought vodka, he may vomit or become very intoxicated, or even poisoned. If a person hasn’t drunk for a long time and then decides to buy himself a bottle of beer, then one bottle will probably make him drunk and feel drunk.

If a certain working person is accustomed to drinking 1-2 bottles of beer every day after work, then for him this will soon turn into a means of easy relaxation, nothing more. To achieve a state of intoxication, such a person will have to drink vodka or beer in huge quantities. The fact is that after prolonged use of alcohol, the body gets used to this state and develops the ability to maintain perception at a comparatively normal level, despite the constant poisoning of the blood and nervous system by this drug. That is, a person like this is of course under a dose, but is already able to behave relatively adequately, because his brain adapts.

The same thing with cigarettes. People who have never smoked or have not smoked for a long time feel dizzy after a few cigarettes, and if they smoke a pack, they will most likely feel very ill. For regular smokers, smoking 1-2 packs of cigarettes a day seems quite realistic and commonplace. Cigarettes no longer even give them peace of mind, but become just a habit. The body gets used to constant tobacco poisoning and develops the same ability not to react very clearly to this poison, since it is constantly present in the smoker’s body.

If a notorious smoker wants to get involved with this drug to save money, he will face a so-called addiction. The smoker's body is in a state of constant altered consciousness, but the smoker has already forgotten his previous state, free of nicotine, to such an extent that an attempt to return to the previous state encounters a painful transition. The body is accustomed to being in such a displaced state of the assemblage point and perceives an attempt to shift it to the old state as an attempt to escape from the norm. The distorted concept of the norm developed by the body, due to the long period of use of these drugs, now contradicts the new state of sobriety. The world does not seem as joyful to a person as in a state of constant intoxication. As a result, after a person quits smoking, his body demands a return to the established norm and does not understand why the assemblage point has shifted and does not return to its place. This creates a great desire to light a cigarette and again enter the normal state of habitual dejection. Same thing with drinking. A person who regularly drinks beer gets used to being in a constant narcotic state, and when he stops drinking, the nervous system demands a return to the usual level of high. The opposite is also true: a person who has not drunk for a very long time will not be able to suddenly start drinking alcohol regularly without negative consequences. Nausea or headache will occur. But if you are patient, then, as in the case of giving up these drugs, the body will eventually get used to the new norm and the person will become an alcoholic or a smoker on a regular basis.

Other drugs used by children and adults

We all know, or at least guess, that almost all the food on supermarket shelves is mostly garbage and contains a lot of chemicals. Some foods contain strong poisons and sit on shelves for months or even years. From childhood, parents, out of habit, begin to stuff us with unnatural foods that they themselves are accustomed to eating. Our public moralists lose their temper when they see a woman smoking with a baby, or when they find out that their friend is letting the child taste beer. But often such moralists themselves stuff their children with chocolates, chips, the meat of slaughtered animals, cola and sweets of dubious narcotic composition, full of poisons, which they themselves hardly perceive and do not see anything bad in it. For a person accustomed to food from the store, all these chemical sweets, food and drinks are already perceived as an inevitable evil, in other words, they are not perceived at all. The body gets used, as in the case of beer, to be under the constant influence of these poisons and develops a habit and a new norm of perception.

How to enter a shamanic trance of altered consciousness with the help of a chocolate bar?

I have been a vegetarian for a long time and do not consume any chemical products, but it so happened that some time ago I got a little sad and decided to buy myself two large packs of chips and eat them with the grapes I had. I ate the whole thing before going to bed, and woke up because I was literally dying. At first I thought about grapes, but chips were still an unnatural food for me in this case. There was a strong taste of acetone in my mouth, my body was covered in perspiration, I went to the restroom and felt very sick for an hour. At night, my stomach with chips stopped working and, in response to poisons entering the body, from which the body had long been weaned due to a healthy diet and lifestyle, bile began to be produced in the stomach. In general, from these chips of a very famous brand, which I used calmly several years ago, this time I received severe poisoning.

After some time as a vegetarian, I bought a pack of crab sticks with a composition that was relatively adequate in terms of the amount of chemicals and decided to remember the taste of junk food. Having consumed the entire pack in one go, I again felt the taste of acetone in my mouth and realized that I was literally rushing. Crab sticks gave me a narcotic state of altered consciousness. My assemblage point has shifted and my perception of reality has changed. My thoughts became clear and clear, as if they were not mine, and the visual picture, in turn, changed colors and I had real visions. I experience such states after some deep meditations. For an ordinary consumer, due to the constant debilitation of drug poisoning, of course, a pack of crab sticks will be only a small addition to the already taken doses of sweets, chips, meat, cola or other products unnatural for humans. Having received a narcotic trance effect from crab sticks, I was very surprised.

This question interested me and I decided to surf the Internet on this topic. Is it possible to use ordinary supermarket products as a drug to enter a state of altered consciousness? I came across a video of one raw foodist, whom I did not fail to add as a friend on VKontakte. This person turned out to be a progressive thinker and has long paid attention to this property of such products. Being a raw foodist who practices fasting and gives up dairy products, his sensitivity to these substances became much stronger than for me. So, in order to fall into a drug trance, according to him, all he needs is a glass of store-bought milk and a chocolate bar. To achieve extreme intoxication and changes in visual perception, he eats animal meat on very rare occasions. Many of his university acquaintances are sure that he smokes marijuana or uses other drugs. His thoughts become so non-standard in nature, but in reality he simply throws milk or meat at him and this causes him to strongly shift his assemblage point and change his perception.

After some research on this topic, I now also don’t hesitate to throw in crab sticks from time to time, since for me this is a proven method of entering a narcotic trance and thinking in this state on topics that are difficult to reveal in a normal state of perception. I am writing this material in a state of altered consciousness.

If I'm too lazy to spend several hours in deep meditation, I use these drugs. Of course, not every raw foodist will enter the desired state of altered consciousness from crab sticks or chips. To enter the desired and useful position of the assemblage point, you must first master this position of it. In this case, crab sticks are a stimulant for me, allowing me, in rare cases, to return to a familiar post-meditative state. My body has already remembered the desired position of the assemblage point and this product, popular in society, allows me, with the help of intention, to quickly shift my perception and even see images in reality in a state of crab trance. For other vegetarians and raw foodists, the same product can cause dull intoxication, poisoning, or nothing. It is also important to calculate the exact dose of such products for a specific body, but all this will only work for people who have long given up junk food. For the average consumer, crab sticks are a common thing along with other poison that fills his blood. Such people are in a constant state of depression and have not known any other state since childhood. They say that children often see ghosts, auras and other mysticism; it is quite possible that this is the effect of such store-bought products on the young body.

Why are the government and media silent about the benefits of vegetarianism and a raw food diet?

I sometimes look at queries for which Yandex or Google brings readers to me. There are some weird ones out there, but one was, “If vegetarianism is good for you, why isn't the government talking about it?” One can only marvel at the naivety of the person who wrote such a request. The country's governing apparatus does not need thinking people, they need stupid masses who are easy to control. From childhood, they are taught that if their opinion about the main character in their essay contradicts the accepted norm, then the grade will be lower than for the opinion approved by the majority.
