On the eve of any family celebration or party, almost all housewives try to find tips on how to cook meat deliciously. As a result, unimaginable flavor combinations are born that make it possible to turn the simplest meat dishes into true masterpieces of culinary art.

Beef occupies a separate page in cooking. If in the most popular recipes for meat dishes, culinary experts claim that chicken and pork are completely interchangeable, then in the case of meat from cattle the situation is different. This product takes a long time to prepare and is not to everyone’s taste.

At the same time, in terms of the content of substances responsible for the high-quality filling of human blood with red blood cells, beef is in first place. This is where numerous options for preparing healthy meat come in handy, allowing you to ultimately obtain a non-standard solution to the problem:

  • marinating in red wine, beer, with vegetables or fruits;
  • baking in pots or a culinary sleeve;
  • boiling with a lot of white roots;
  • pre-freezing.

A multicooker does an excellent job of preparing complex products – the presence of special modes allows tough beef to become tender and juicy, literally melting in your mouth. In this case, there is no need to stand at the stove for hours after a hard day of work. And if you add vegetables and a side dish to the meat, you get a complete lunch or dinner for the whole family.

There is nothing tastier than a piece of roasted meat. I want to talk about what kind of meat is best to take and how to cook fried pork in a frying pan in this simple and accessible recipe...

  • Good fresh meat has a firm texture and a natural pale red color. When pressing on the meat, the resulting hole quickly levels out.
  • The main mistake many beginners make is not knowing that meat should be fried in very hot oil. The protein located on the surface of a piece of meat, upon contact with a hot frying pan, quickly coagulates and prevents the meat juice from leaking into the frying pan.
  • The meat is fried quickly. The longer the heat treatment, the worse the result. The reason is that when heated, the protein loses its ability to retain moisture, and the meat quickly dries out, turning into a “shoe sole.” The exception is poultry, which is cooked until the meat comes off the bones easily.
  • You cannot fry a lot of meat in one pan. The temperature of the oil and the frying pan drops sharply, and, as a result, a fried crust does not form for a long time. The meat loses precious juice and the dish turns out dry. It is for this reason that pieces of meat should not be packed tightly in a frying pan.
  • To make the meat aromatic and soft, it is fried in a hot frying pan without a lid, and boiled and stewed in a closed container.
  • To make the stew tasty, it is first fried until golden brown over high heat. To improve the taste of stewed meat, in addition to pepper, you can use cumin, cloves, coriander, cinnamon, as well as dry wine, beer and marinades.
  • If you salt the meat in advance, it will lose a lot of juice, so the meat is salted during or after frying.
  • Before cooking, the meat should be washed in warm water and then rinsed in cold water. To fry, the remaining moisture should be blotted with napkins, otherwise the fried crust will not form for a long time.
  • The tastiest meat is fresh, so whenever possible, try to prepare meat dishes from unfrozen meat.
  • Frozen meat and poultry should be defrosted slowly, preferably in the refrigerator; it is not recommended to cut the meat into portions. When meat is defrosted in one piece, it better retains its taste and nutritional properties.
  • To prepare a meat dish in large pieces, you should buy meat from young animals only. Such meat usually has a light red color and weak fibers.

Meat is the main source of protein in our life. We eat it almost every day, supplementing it with various side dishes: vegetables, mushrooms, rice, buckwheat, porridge. Sometimes you still want something new and unusually tasty.

To do this, we have collected several recipes for dishes from different types of meat so that you can diversify your menu. There is also pork for those who like hearty dishes; and chicken for those on a diet; and beef for meat gourmets. You should like it. Bon appetit!

So what to cook with meat? Let's start with the easiest type of meat - chicken. It is light, which is good for the fact that it is not greasy (compared to the other two). It is preferred by athletes and people on a certain diet.

Chicken is rich in protein and is probably the most versatile meat available right now. From such meat you can cook anything that comes to mind. Moreover, add it to pies/muffins/rolls as a filling.

Therefore, into the tasting battle!

Chicken with mushrooms in sour cream from the oven

Ingredients Quantity
chicken meat - 600 grams
mushrooms - 200 grams
bulbs - 2 pcs.
margarine - 40 ml
sour cream - 1 glass
paprika - 10 grams
Provençal herbs - 10 grams
garlic - 3 slices

  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry in butter until golden brown. Preheat the frying pan for this, and then throw in a piece of butter;

  4. During these 10 minutes, you can prepare the sauce: pour the cream into a saucepan and combine it with mustard. Leave on the stove to simmer over low heat;
  5. After a few minutes, add a little black pepper and butter to the sauce. Continue cooking the creamy sauce, stirring it thoroughly;
  6. Add flour in several parts, constantly stirring the sauce with a whisk to avoid the formation of lumps. It would be good to use a sieve for this. Salt;
  7. The sauce will gradually thicken. As soon as this happens, pour it into the meat;
  8. Cook the meat with the sauce for no more than 5 minutes, otherwise the sauce will begin to curdle and unnecessary breasts will form;

  6. Sprinkle the chicken with curry spice, tomato paste and mix thoroughly so that each piece gets a “new taste”;

What to cook with meat for lunch

Pig meat is very satisfying, since it is quite fatty (next to beef and chicken), but it is still far from lamb, for example. The most popular pork dishes are goulash, shish kebab, and homemade rolls. Here are two simple and very tasty recipes that can be easily brought to your dinner table. Be prepared that guests and family will ask for more.

Pork with vegetables

  • 350 grams of pork loin;
  • 1 large carrot;
  • 1 large onion;
  • 1 green and 1 red pepper;
  • 75 ml sunflower oil;
  • 2 table. spoons of soy sauce.

Cooking time – 30 minutes.

Calorie content – 131 kcal per 100 grams.

How to prepare the dish:

  1. Wash the fillet, remove excess film and possible veins;
  2. Dry with paper towels and cut into 7-8 mm slices;
  3. Fry the meat in oil on both sides. Keep the side for more than 5 minutes, otherwise the pork will dry out;
  4. After 5 minutes, pour soy sauce into the frying pan/saucepan and simmer for about 5 more minutes;
  5. Season meat with black pepper on both sides;
  6. Cut sweet pepper into strips;
  7. Also cut the carrots;
  8. Chop the onion into half rings;
  9. Add root vegetables to meat and cook, stirring frequently, until carrots are cooked through;
  10. After the time has passed, add pepper for about three minutes, no more. Let the peppers remain al dente. The slight crunch and freshness of the peppers do not detract from the dish;
  11. Serve with a side dish or as a separate dish.

Pork with tomato sauce

  • 600 grams of pork meat;
  • 1 small onion;
  • 50 ml tomato sauce;
  • 75 ml sunflower oil;
  • 1 glass of water.

Cooking time: 30 minutes.

The calorie content of the dish is 1337 kcal.

How to cook pork in tomatoes:

  1. Wash the pork, dry it and cut off unnecessary films and veins;
  2. Cut the meat into large pieces (not like those for kebab, of course);
  3. Pour oil into a frying pan and heat it until smoking. After this, pour the meat into the oil and fry for no more than four minutes on all sides. The meat should acquire a golden brown color during this time. That is, grab it well;
  4. Boil a glass of water;
  5. Peel the onion and chop it randomly;
  6. Combine the onion with the meat. Wait until the onion turns golden;
  7. Next, add water and leave the pork to simmer for no more than 15 minutes;
  8. Once the meat is tender, add tomato sauce/juice/paste with black pepper and salt. Mix;
  9. When there is very little sauce left in the pan, since most of it has evaporated, you are ready to serve!

What can you cook from beef and veal for dinner?

Beef and veal are two of the most expensive products on today's meat market. It is valued higher than pork or chicken. Just look at those red and burgundy pieces of meat on store shelves. I just want to eat it.

It’s unlikely that you would think so at a shelf with chicken breasts or pork goulash. Calf meat is similar to pork, but it is “lighter” as it contains much less fat.

Therefore, if you are a connoisseur of such good and high-quality meat as beef or veal, these recipes are for you.

Veal in Poloninsky style

  • 0.5 kg veal;
  • 2 onions;
  • 3 large tomatoes;
  • 3 sweet peppers.

Cooking time – 1 hour.

Calorie content – 105 kcal per 100 grams.

Cooking veal:

  1. Wash the meat and cut it like goulash. Beat a little and season with your favorite spices;
  2. Heat a frying pan with oil on a small burner;
  3. Roll the pieces of meat in flour and fry a little in a hot frying pan. There is no need to bring them to full readiness;
  4. Chop the onion into small cubes or half rings;
  5. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and chop the pepper into strips;
  6. Stew the onion, bring it until golden brown, then add the vegetables and continue to simmer everything together in a frying pan for about 10 minutes;
  7. Next, take out a cast-iron dish or saucepan with thick walls and a bottom;
  8. Place vegetables in the first layer (about 3 centimeters);
  9. The second layer is meat, and then vegetables again;
  10. Alternate layers while eating meat. There should be vegetables at the very top. Take care of this, otherwise the juice from them will not saturate the meat and it will remain dry or even raw.
  11. Cook the dish over low heat for no more than 40 minutes;
  12. The best side dish is rice. You can cook it while the meat arrives.

Beef with cheese

  • 500 grams of beef;
  • 300 grams of cheese;
  • 3 medium onions;
  • 10 grams of mustard;
  • 130 ml mayonnaise.

Cooking time - 1 hour.

Calorie content – 247 kcal per 100 grams.

Cooking process:

  1. Wash the meat under running water;
  2. Cut off excess veins and films;
  3. Cut the beef into pieces like chops;
  4. Beat the meat, seasoning a little with spices;
  5. Combine mustard and mayonnaise together;
  6. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil;
  7. Place the pieces of meat in a mold and rub them with the prepared sauce;
  8. Cut the onion into rings;
  9. Place the finished rings on the beef pieces. Distribute it evenly;
  10. Grate the cheese on any grater and sprinkle it over the meat;
  11. Bake the meat in French for about 50 minutes;
  12. Serve as a separate dish or with a side dish.

Cooking meat is actually not difficult. The main thing is to do it with love, with passion and desire. And then any dish you create will be a masterpiece!
