To calm through relaxation

Generally speaking, meditation is relaxation that promotes calm. The essence of meditation is to simply sit and look ahead. You just sit, just look, hear, realize what is happening in front of you and inside you.

You can sit in a “lotus”, “half lotus” (yogic poses), cross-legged or on a regular chair. If you are sitting on the floor, place a small pillow under you, which should be positioned at an angle to make it easier to keep your spine upright. Be careful!
