How to get to the sand oncology from the lakes. Clinical scientific and practical center for specialized types of medical care (oncological). Leading experts in the field of oncology

Yesterday I had to accompany a patient for diagnostics to an institution with the chaotic name of the St. Petersburg Clinical Scientific and Practical Center for Specialized Types of Medical Care (Oncological), better known as cancer center in the village of Pesochny. Luckily, I have never been there before. It would seem that everything is simple even for those who do not have a car: from the Finlyandsky railway station we follow the suburban train to the Pesochnaya station, from there by bus, although it is possible on foot, we get to the place (Leningradskaya St., 68A), according to the map:

But it wasn’t there: approaching this center from a bus stop (or from Leningradskaya Street), you find a closed checkpoint and no signs directing you along the right path (on Yandex Maps, by the way, this checkpoint is open, which additionally introduces delusion:

Locals also cannot always tell where to go, as they themselves get confused in the intricacies of this monstrous structure. However, one woman helped us, saying that we should move around, having walked more than six hundred meters to checkpoint No. 1, which, if we are lucky, will be open:

But, I beg your pardon, the administration is well aware that the institution is mainly visited by sick people, and there is absolutely no need for them to overcome extra distances. What prevents you from putting another guard at the checkpoint from among the great many of those hanging out in the building? The disregard for people and absolute insensitivity must be to blame for everything ... Finally, having reached the open checkpoint, we entered the courtyard and ... were confused again: there were no signs to help find the diagnostic department ... First we moved to the emergency room, - to he was led by a wide staircase and equipped entrances for cars, but the door to the emergency room was closed. Questions from patients walking in the yard led us to the building of the pathology department, after which an employee who happened to be nearby offered to go around the building from the yard where there is an entrance (and this is another 400 meters) and try to get inside. We got to the entrance (there were no inscriptions above it, allowing us to guess that this is the entrance), but it quickly became clear that only patients are allowed into the building through it, and not visitors who came for diagnostics, who are invited to ... go back and enter from the opposite sides! Looking at this gloomy space, it is difficult to determine that it is it that serves the purpose of our visit:

And after all, at least some piece of paper was hung up, not to mention a detailed plan! But everywhere there are arrows with the inscription “Temple”, as if people come here primarily to pray, and not to be treated ...

There are still a lot of incomprehensible doors in the building without signs at all, or with signs, but closed and without buttons to call staff - so isn't it time for the administration to clean up the territory entrusted to it?

By the way, as it turned out later, through the entrance from the courtyard it was possible to get to the right room (see photo) without bypassing the building, but the guards judged selfishly: why let them in, let them spend extra time and go around.

But what awaited us inside, in the depths of the winding passages, turned out to be even more shocking than all the inconveniences that we encountered when trying to find the entrance: the receptionists require the examined to sign a certificate of completion during the MRI even before the patient even got to the doctor! When drawing up the contract and accepting the payment, the lady registrar stated that the act must be signed by us immediately, otherwise she will return the money and the examination will not be carried out. To all our protests and appeals to the illegality of such actions, the employee replied: “I didn’t come up with this, but the administration, and in general, our economists told us so”.

Finally, the security of the institution extorts - this is exactly the wording that corresponds to what he saw - from visitors to pay for shoe covers, demanding to purchase shoe covers from the machine, despite the fact that such actions have long been recognized illegal. The cost of shoe covers in this machine is 10 rubles, and many simply do not have the strength and time to swear with the guards about the need for unnecessary spending, since the main contingent is made up of people with serious illnesses who are in permanent stress without swearing. For all the above violations, I will draw up a complaint, which I will then send to the St. Petersburg Prosecutor's Office, the St. Petersburg Health Committee and Rospotrebnadzor.

Personally, I visit state medical institutions with undisguised disgust, knowing that the likelihood of such excesses is too high, and also because of the ineradicable rudeness of the staff, therefore I prefer to be treated in private clinics, where nothing like this usually happens. For your money, in addition, in most clinics they will give you a password for your personal account or send the result of the examination by e-mail, while in the St. Petersburg Clinical Scientific and Practical Center for Specialized Medical Care (Oncological) after examinations of the patient are left alone with himself, without saying a word about how the results can be obtained. Having inquired about this at the registry office, I found out that nothing is sent by e-mail, there is no personal account on the site, and the conclusion can be picked up by returning to the village of Pesochny in a few days. “But why can’t you download the answer on the site, because it’s so convenient ?!”, I was surprised. “What do you want from me, I haven’t visited this site for more than a year”, the front desk clerk said.

Once again I was disappointed with this clinic on Pesochnoe. So okay, we pay for appointments at our own expense, and the attitude is terrible, starting from the reception, there are too arrogant girls who are not worth anything, they quickly quickly draw up lizhby quickly send to the cashier, they won’t really explain anything (about where then what to receive, tests, results, descriptions, which office?¿?) MRI is very expensive, and the results describe 3_4 days. In order to read out the finished CT disk (description), you still need to provide them with the previous description and then believe them (Toly they gave their description on the disk, Toly described in their own words according to the first draft? MRI results should and must be issued with the disk, so no until you ask they won’t offer it themselves, in 105 Kb. (They only know to run there to eat, then for smoke breaks) if it’s not so difficult to give an MRI result with a disk, why can’t you immediately link the disk to the description ??? the milk on the lips has not dried up, they are touched, they go back and forth with their wings, Tolya circling their booty in front of the visitors (like here I am the Doctor) stupid stupid young doctors urology... It may seem to me, but I can also treat without education and a couple of lines on the computer write ((((. The department is generally a mess, no agreement, no concentration, no composure, nothing has been established in the department (yes, everything is beautiful, I don’t argue comfortably, but the program fails in the work between doctors)))) . In the laboratory building _ in the morning, visitors go to take tests quickly (they go on an empty stomach, stagger, barely crawl) everyone should be at their workplaces, starting with the registrars, ending with the laboratory assistant for receiving tests, the receptionist one works, the second wanders with a cup of coffee to the neighbors who were nearby (she does not work , and distracts others, and she does not care that the queue is crowding at one window). You go to the last door on the left for blood, there is also cleaning in the morning, I also want to note that the prices for tests are different (to Pesochnoye and Tekstilshchikov, although from the same clinic ??? Prices are different, or are the registrars themselves stupid or wise???) Like this I have been walking for a whole month, waiting, but I still do not receive treatment. They won’t start treating them in any way, now they don’t have places, when there is a place, the tests will be overdue to take them again and mind you, not for free !!! So everywhere I hear the whispers of visitors how difficult it is here, how terrible, how secret, I honestly hear the whispers of many sick visitors standing and quietly outraging modestly, and why everyone endures, but still because so much dough has already been paid to this clinic and no one wants to take it back, leave and throw everything half way .... And every year I want to notice fewer and fewer visitors, the corridors are getting empty and empty ...., And all because people also want to live and be healthy ....

GBUZ "St. Petersburg Clinical Scientific and Practical Center for Specialized Types of Medical Care (Oncological)" was created as a result of separation from the St. Petersburg "City Clinical Oncological Dispensary" (Decree of the Government of St. Petersburg dated 05.05.2010 No. 541). The institution is under the jurisdiction of the Health Committee, which coordinates its activities.

Story

The oncological center in the village of Pesochny began to be built back in 1988, but only in 2008 was the first stage of the complex commissioned and began to receive patients, which included a radiation building, a ward building with a chemotherapy department and a block of auxiliary services.

The design and construction of the second stage of the cancer center was carried out until the end of 2010. In April 2011, with the participation of the Governor of St. Petersburg V.I. Matvienko, the grand opening of the center, called the St. Petersburg Clinical Scientific and Practical Center for Specialized Types of Medical Care (Oncological) took place.

Since that time, several new departments have begun to function in the center, including an outpatient consultative department for 70 visits per shift. As part of the compulsory health insurance program, the distribution of medicines to patients suffering from oncological diseases has begun.

In March 2012, the doctors of the center got the opportunity to start surgical activities. The first operation was performed by surgeon V.D. Shestov.

Since August 2012, the oncology center has been operating at full capacity - all inpatient departments are functioning, the outpatient consultative department has increased its capacity to 400 visits per shift, patients are received by diagnostic services equipped with the most modern equipment.

In 2013, the employees of the cancer center managed to double their performance compared to 2012 - the growth of indicators can be traced both in the institution as a whole and in each department. The planned target for the provision of free medical care, financed from the compulsory health insurance funds, was overfulfilled and increased by almost 2.4 times during the year.

St. Petersburg Cancer Center, located in the village of Pesochny, is the youngest oncological institution not only in our city and the North-West region, but also in the country. The charter of the Center was approved by the Order of the KUGI of St. Petersburg on December 28, 2011, and with a full load, when all 13 operating rooms were put into operation, the center has been operating since 2013.

The bed capacity is 340 surgical beds and 191 non-surgical beds. The outpatient and advisory department of the center receives more than 10,000 patients per month. Also, more than one and a half thousand patients receive specialized and high-tech medical care at inpatient departments every month.

Since the opening of the center, the volume of high-tech medical care provided has tripled. At the same time, surgical assistance is provided to both residents of St. Petersburg and those who come from other regions of Russia in the center free of charge - under the policy of compulsory medical insurance. The operating rooms are equipped with the most modern technology, many of the installations, such as the intraoperative magnetic resonance tomograph, are unique in Russia.

The department of radiology is one of the largest in the country and has three modern linear accelerators. Over 2,000 patients received radiation therapy last year. At the end of 2014, the linear accelerator ONCOR was put into operation (now all three accelerators are used in the center for radiation therapy). Also, after a two-year repair, since 2016, a gamma camera began to receive patients.

Patient care at the Center is carried out within the framework of compulsory medical insurance - in the direction of district oncologists. The polyclinic at the place of residence is the first step in routing when a person has suspicions of an oncological disease. If the local therapist confirms your suspicions, then the next step is to contact the oncologist in your area. Then you need to go through all the diagnostic measures that you will be assigned, and if the diagnosis of cancer is confirmed, contact a specialized institution of this profile as soon as possible.

The St. Petersburg Cancer Center accepts patients from Petrogradsky, Kurortny, Vyborgsky, Primorsky, Krasnogvardeysky, Nevsky, Vasileostrovsky and Kronstadsky districts.

-2.0 Terrible

I can't be silent! It's triple the horror! Doctor's tactlessness! I would especially like to single out the chief physician Karitsky Andrey Petrovich and the oncologist Alexander Vitalievich Kornilov. A story that deserves to be addressed to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation! I'll start over. My father was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer with liver metastases, he was being treated in Yakutsk. He was advised to apply as soon as possible to the Moscow Cancer Clinic or St. Petersburg. We previously called these clinics and the closest date for us was in St. Petersburg! We were taken to the doctor. Having previously learned the diagnosis and taking the necessary information. I'm sure they knew perfectly well that a person was driving absolutely exhausted and at 4 stages. An oncologist Kornilov was appointed, who sent the patient to take the necessary tests, which were scattered throughout St. Petersburg, and, I think, was playing for time while waiting for histology glasses from Yakutsk. Instead of putting a person under observation and conducting the necessary tests, he held out for a month! Redirected to another doctor for unknown reasons! Unfortunately, I don't remember the doctor's name. He began to swear why they missed so much time and that they needed to do chemistry immediately! To which they heard from Kornilov that they supposedly were not obliged to notify patients of anything! Should we have guessed? In the hospital, dad became very ill, because of weakness he lost his balance and fell, his intestines burst and peritonitis began! Dad was barely pulled out of the other world in Sestroretsk hospital number 40. After that, they again turned to Petrov's clinic, where dad was frankly kicked off! Sent to be treated at the place of residence! A man after a coma, without strength! He will not be able to fly back to Yakutsk! Heavy long flight, many hours of waiting for a transfer! How can you send a person home in such a state? Not only that, when asking for help, the head physician allows himself to behave incorrectly, namely, I remember how he raised his voice, pointed to the door, and they heard from him that our complaints would turn against us! Why is this person given prizes and awards? For such an attitude? They heard from the doctors of the clinic that we were taking dad to be buried without making any observations! Apparently, buried in papers, listening to his heart with a stethoscope, they concluded that he had very little time left to live, you see, his heart is very bad! How could this be checked with a stethoscope? And they put us out the door again! We have a dictaphone recording where doctors make a diagnosis and issue a verdict without having made any diagnosis, which they were supposed to do! In the Sestroretsk hospital, my father was diagnosed and his heart is in perfect order, there is a conclusion from a cardiologist! "Petrov's Clinic" is a federal institution and money comes from our pocket! And a man who is a Labor Veteran, an honored miner who has awards from the President of Russia, a man who worked for the good of the Motherland in the conditions of the Far North for 40 years and helped others, is forced to die from the tactlessness of these doctors who feel their impunity! Who allow people to be treated like this and who allow themselves to decide who lives and who dies! Who do not even try to help at least with something, prescribe immunotherapy so that a person can at least get home! I am writing this review with tears in my eyes! Yes, because people don't do that, it's inhumane! And I will, on the basis of everything, apply to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation! Because it's not fair!
