Tell yourself “Stop!” and stop this stream of thoughts. It is very important to catch yourself in the first minutes after waking up, stretch sweetly and, feeling warmth and love in your heart (you can read how this is done), say mentally or out loud: “Today a wonderful day awaits me and many pleasant surprises!” Just be sure to feel it with your heart, one might say, breathe it with your heart (inhale love and exhale it into your space). Then, get out of bed saying “Easy!” (that is, you need to say this when you put your feet down and get out of bed).

Our physical well-being should also be at a good level. Morning exercises help you recharge your batteries, so don’t be lazy to stretch your muscles for at least 10-15 minutes. It is advisable to do energy exercises. The principle is this:

Take a deep breath through your heart and exhale into the ground.

Self-hypnosis is a very powerful tool for solving one’s own problems, if used correctly. The information that we, or not even necessarily we, inspire ourselves goes straight into the subconscious.

Our subconscious is an incredibly powerful tool. Scientists conducted a series of experiments in which subjects were told that, for example, a hot coin would be applied to them. They applied cold water, but at the same time a blister remained on the body as if from a real burn. There are many such examples. There are modern working theories that say that all our illnesses come from the subconscious and the attitudes that we most often unconsciously give to it. This also includes the famous placebo effect, when patients were given simple glucose instead of medicine, suggesting that this was the best medicine. Patients who received glucose instead of medication and the correct settings recovered much faster than patients who simply received medications without any suggestions.

Thus, one can easily plunge into this special state at will. This approach is called self-hypnosis. Conditions for a self-hypnosis session: a comfortable chair, light, relaxing music, a soothing aroma of aromatic oils, a quiet and peaceful place, privacy.

Procedure for the session: sit in a chair, choose a comfortable position, place your feet firmly on the floor, place your hands on your knees. Relax. Give yourself the mental attitude: “relax and I will be healthy.” Listen to the sounds of music, as if passing them through yourself. Smell the aroma oil, inhale and exhale three times deeply and slowly.

Choose a point in front of you at a distance of about two meters and look very carefully only at it, without being distracted by anything else. Your further task is not to move so that the body “falls asleep” while your consciousness is awake. And when you have sat down so comfortably and concentrated all your attention on the relaxing music, on the pleasant smells of the aroma oil and on the selected point in front of you, allow yourself to relax. Mentally give yourself the following commands, repeating them as often as necessary to imagine and feel the action, but at least five times:

- I am relaxing…

- leg muscles relax, they are filled with warmth

- the muscles of my legs are filled with lead, they become heavy, they are heavy

- the muscles of my hands relax, they fill with warmth

- the muscles of my arms are filled with lead, they are heavy

- I relax even more

- my spine is like a rope

- my back muscles relax, relax even more

- my back muscles are relaxed

- abdominal muscles relax, I’m completely relaxed

- the muscles of my face fill with warmth, they relax

- the muscles of the forehead relax, the muscles around the eyes are completely relaxed
