A collection of Siberian Old Believers is the best remedy for increasing potency: action, composition and reviews. What techniques did the Old Believers use for healing? Recipes for medicinal herbs among the Old Believers

Anastasia in the first book of Vladimir Megre says: “Everything, everything on earth - every blade of grass, every insect is created for man, has its own task and is intended to serve man. Many medicinal plants are proof of this. But the man of your world knows very little to take advantage of the opportunity given to him, for his benefit. Take full advantage."

How often we are surprised and rejoice at the aptness of the name or definition given by our ancestors to trees, grasses, rivers, and this or that area. And even lovers of renaming, scientific Latin names, cannot do anything about them; they sprout again, like grass through a stone. These names contain not only external signs, but also internal content, that hidden meaning that goes back to our distant ancestors, when they comprehended nature and themselves as a single, inextricable whole. And here are the names: maiden grass, widow's grass, soldier's grass, joy-grass, sadness-grass, gap-grass. But human imagination went further. The names themselves already contained certain human relationships, social phenomena, and possibly specific events. From here it’s a stone’s throw to ritual songs, parables and legends, fairy tales and legends. They, of course, also included the experience of traditional healers. The practical experience of the people and their poetry were so wisely and wonderfully intertwined. However, judge this for yourself.

The amazing principle of self-medication of some Slavic Old Believers, with whom I once had the opportunity to communicate, amazes with its simplicity and effectiveness at the same time.

It is not for nothing that simple structures are the most durable. This principle contains only three points. If you really want to understand the algorithm and individuality, then I ask you to pay full attention and delve into what is written below. So let's start with the background.

To begin with, I will clarify the definition of Old Believers as such. In this context, we do not mean the Old Believers who fled Nikon’s reform in the 17th century, but the so-called animists. Figuratively speaking, worshipers of the forces of nature. Their way of life was entirely based on closeness with surrounding phenomena and living creatures. Even before cutting down the tree, the man apologized to him. This may seem strange to the modern average person who is not familiar with the concept of “force” (energy) and has no idea about its flow and character. But this is a separate topic that requires independent explanation. Now just try to understand the peculiarities of the thinking of a person of that time and his motives for actions.

Now let's get down to business. Having the good fortune to communicate with an older lumberjack, I was able to learn from him a simple secret for treating diseases. And it consists of three steps. Let's start in order and with a description:

Analysis of your thoughts and actions. First of all, they (Old Believers) strain their memory and remember where they could attract negativity. That is, they thought badly of someone and acted insincerely. Or it could also be that they were simply lazy, which is categorically not recommended to do in the community. If you describe the point in two words, it will come out “God punished.” And, if the reason is found, then the person who fell ill apologizes to those with whom he acted badly and makes amends with good deeds. This man said that if the illness is of a spiritual nature, then most often such self-analysis is quite enough and after a day or two the person feels great. If it doesn’t help, then the disease has another source. This is the next point.

Fasting and meditation. If a sick person took something unnecessary from nature, then the disease most likely began because of this. A more understandable word for a modern person would be “gluttony.” This list item is based on the understanding that, having taken from nature anything more than what is needed, a person thereby openly becomes greedy and wastes resources (plants, animals, forces), thereby disturbing the natural balance. It’s hard to understand this for someone who lives in a consumer society and doesn’t understand how you can take something beyond measure, if more is better. And, in order to restore the balance between the interaction of personal power and natural power, the sick person fasts. And both in nutrition and in thoughts. At the same time, he practices meditation. Yes, they meditate not only in the East, but few people know about it. The fact is that after immersing yourself in yourself, thoughts come to consciousness that lead to recovery. It is impossible to understand, you can only feel it yourself.

Treatment with intervention. This is the final stage when outside intervention is required. But these are not doctors or pills. Herbs, decoctions, berries, medicinal mixtures from the same natural ingredients. It also includes massages, excitement, baths, healing waters, etc. A detailed description will also take more than one article, so I don’t see the point in going into details.

This is how the Old Believers Slavs are treated to this day. They live amicably and communally. At the same time, for a long time, some overcome the mark of a hundred years. Because they know about the dangers of oversaturation and do not run to dubious doctors for even more dubious medications. They treat each other like family and put morality above all else. Because health starts from the head.

At any age, a man’s life can be overshadowed by a terrible problem, which doctors call erectile dysfunction. It falls like a bolt from the blue when, in anticipation of pleasant sensations from the upcoming orgasm, the joy of intimacy, a misfire suddenly occurs.

Some kind of explanation can be found if a man's age has passed beyond 50 - 60 years, and if he is only 30 - 40? And even in this case, you shouldn’t fall into despair, just as you shouldn’t punish yourself for not getting what you wanted and could have done before.

You can help yourself by undergoing a course of treatment using the herbal collection of Siberian Old Believers No. 1 to enhance potency and increase libido.

What does decreased potency mean for a modern man?

Many years ago, problems of decreased potency were associated only with age. And they weren’t talking about 50-year-old men in such cases, but about older people whose age had gone well beyond 60. This disease has acquired a completely different color today. Erectile dysfunction occurs in those who are only 30 - 40 years old, and sometimes young men who are only 20 - 25 know about it. The disease can be briefly described as follows: the upper classes really want it, but the lower classes cannot do anything, that is, a desire arises in the brain, and the penis is not ready to begin implementing its plans. This is such a terrible paradox! Men, are you ready for such a turn in your life, when the woman you love is there, the penis is also in place, but intimacy is not possible? It’s unlikely... Then it’s time to think about how to help yourself.

Since erectile dysfunction (or simply impotence) appears at almost any age, you should not associate the resulting sexual disorders with age-related characteristics.

Today, the causes of sexual impotence are completely different causes:

A decrease in potency leads not only to disruption of sexual relations with a partner.

Sometimes this leads to more serious consequences:

  • family breakdown;
  • decreased self-esteem;
  • deterioration of emotional state and general health;
  • addiction to alcohol;
  • suicides due to nervousness.

For whatever reason, erectile dysfunction occurs, everyone can and should fight it. And a wonderful natural remedy that is based on herbs will help with this. This is the gathering of Siberian Old Believers No. 1. Haven’t you heard of it yet? And many have already changed their lives with its help.

How does the collection of herbs of the Siberian Old Believers work to enhance potency?

Many wonderful products for enhancing male libido and increasing potency are produced by modern industry, but more and more men are paying attention to drugs prepared from plant materials according to ancient recipes. And the reason here is not only that the price of collecting herbs from Siberian Old Believers is low compared to the advertised Viagra or Cialis. The effect of the herbal complex has been clinically tested. This collection has been appreciated by thousands of men who have regained their strength and feel the joy of sex. This remedy is also considered a salvation by women, since they also enjoy the health of their partners and feel loved and satisfied.

The recipe of the Siberian Old Believers appeared about 800 years ago. Even in ancient times, wise holy elders paid attention to herbs that have a beneficial effect on male strength. The plants taken for collection have a good effect on the circulatory system, stimulating the flow of blood to the genitals. As a result, potency improves, strength and confidence in your actions appear. In addition, plants have a complex effect on other organs and systems, healing the entire body and fighting the causes of the disease:

  • metabolic processes and hormone production are normalized;
  • sexual attraction to a partner increases, because some plants are natural aphrodisiacs;
  • the production of the main male hormone - testosterone - increases;
  • immunity increases, which forms a protective reaction against infections;
  • the body is cleansed of toxins and waste;
  • the nervous system calms down;
  • microcirculation in the tissues of the penis improves;
  • depression goes away;
  • sexual libido increases;
  • the body is enriched with necessary microelements and natural biologically active substances.

Composition of the collection of Siberian Old Believers for the treatment of potency in men

Male potency is influenced by various reasons and factors discussed above. To defeat a disease, the causes must be influenced from different angles. This determined the composition of the collection of Siberian Old Believers, which was created to restore the adequate reaction of the male body to an individual of the opposite sex, for whom the man has sympathy. For this purpose, in the correct proportions, the collection includes 15 medicinal plants that can normalize the functioning of not just one sexual organ, but the entire system responsible for this process. Collection No. 1 included the following medicinal raw materials:

Each plant included in the collection of Siberian Old Believers has enormous power. However, it is worth noting that when used in a single complex, this power is greatly enhanced due to the synergistic effect of plants on each other.

How to take herbal collection of Siberian Old Believers No. 1 for male impotence: instructions for use

Men don't like to take pills by the hour. They forget how many drops of medicine the doctor prescribed for them. Using the collection of Old Believers is so simple that it is impossible to forget or confuse anything. It is enough to read the instructions and remember its main points:

If a man prefers to drink warm tea, then you can brew the mixture according to the same scheme, only with the calculation of 1 teaspoon per glass of boiling water.

So that a man does not forget to regularly drink medicinal tea, his beloved woman can brew him a mixture. Some people even make tea at work. Not a single employee will guess what medicine you are brewing. The pleasant aroma will only fuel interest in such a delicious tea that you can drink at any time.

A course of potency treatment using Old Believers' collection No. 1 usually lasts up to three weeks, although the first improvements and stability of erection will be noticeable from the first week.

The choice is yours: buy a collection of Siberian Old Believers or pills to enhance potency

Most men were happy to hear the news that new drugs had appeared that could enhance potency. This is how Viagra, Levitra, Cialis and other drugs appeared in home medicine cabinets, promising unprecedented strength and firmness of manhood. But the promises of improvements and the real sensations did not coincide. Indeed, the drugs work, but they have so many side effects that even after rarely using them, a man acquires a bunch of diseases: arterial hypertension, heart failure. Those who want to gain male strength through chemical drugs experience frequent headaches, increased vasodilation, deteriorating vision, dyspepsia, decreased hearing, and rhinitis. Against the background of these diseases, is it possible to feel like a man and feel the joy of sexual intercourse?

Herbs have a completely different effect. Those who are only 30 - 40 and those who are already 60 or more can buy a collection of Old Believers for the treatment of potency, if they are ready to love and feel the joy of life. Not a single plant has a toxic effect on the body, does not destroy organs, or has a depressing effect on the reproductive and other systems. But medicinal tea prepared according to the recipe of the Old Believers will have a series of positive actions:

Reviews from experts or what doctors and doctors say about the collection of Siberian Old Believers No. 1 for potency?

Egor Fedorovich Chausov, sexologist:

Treating erectile dysfunction is not an easy process. And not because the doctor cannot choose the right set of drugs for the patient, but because our men are embarrassed by this problem and do not go to specialists to get help in a timely manner. Under no circumstances should we be so irresponsible about the problem that has arisen. Even more dangerous is the self-administration of strong drugs in the form of tablets to enhance potency, since the dose is often not observed, side effects and contraindications are ignored. At the first signs of erectile dysfunction (absence or disturbance of erection when desired), it is necessary to begin treatment. If you are embarrassed by a sex therapist or sexologist, start drinking a herbal drink made from a collection of Siberian Old Believers. This medicine is rightfully considered the No. 1 medicine to help in such cases. It helps even those who are already desperate and do not believe in themselves.

Mikhail Evgenievich Filonnikov, andrologist:

The collection of Siberian elders is considered the best natural remedy for treating erectile dysfunction. Herbal tea prepared from this collection has no side effects, unless the man has an allergic reaction to the components included in the composition. It differs from synthetic drugs in that it is completely harmless to the body and affects the reproductive system not for a short time, but for a long time, since it treats the disease, eliminating the cause, healing the entire body. Sexual function is restored due to the fact that the plant complex affects many body systems, eliminating concomitant diseases.

True reviews of those already using the collection of Siberian Old Believers to enhance potency! Does he help or not?

Anastasia Borodina, 48 years old, Chita:

I began to notice that my husband avoids intimacy in every possible way. I was very upset and the first thing I thought was that apparently he was having some kind of affair. And this is after everything that he and I have experienced and gone through together. It was painful to come to terms with this, so I decided to check it out. After observing my husband, I realized that the problem was completely different: he had problems with potency, but he didn’t want to tell me about them. As proof of this, I found a package of pills in the nightstand. I decided to quietly help my husband: I bought a collection of Siberian Old Believers to enhance potency and began to brew tea for him. He didn’t have any suspicions, since we love herbal teas very much and grow a lot of plants in our dacha. Imagine my surprise that somewhere on the third day he suggested making love. And everything worked out for us, but I continued to give him medicinal tea. Only three weeks later did she show him a magic medicine, which he appreciated and now brews for himself. He says that such tea will not harm anyone.

Oleg Khayritdinov, 49 years old, Volgograd:

Just a year ago I thought that sex had already left my life forever and that I could live out my life on the couch in front of the TV, alone and sad. It was no coincidence that such thoughts settled in my head, because 3 years ago my wife passed away. Healthy, beautiful, she was always there. A terrible accident took her out of life forever. By chance, or maybe fate gave me such a gift, I met Elena. And we met her at the cemetery, where she came to see her son and husband, whom she also lost in the accident. We started dating and soon realized that it was better for us to live together. Everything would be wonderful, but Elena is 18 years younger than me, and I could no longer do anything in bed because of the shocks I had experienced. I told her about my trouble and we decided to fight the disease together. Elena turned out to be a wise girl; she suggested not turning to pills, but trying to drink herbal teas. We found a collection of Siberian elders on the Internet and ordered it on the official website. Not only have we cured my disease, but my Elena is now expecting a child. Our life goes on.

Ignat Zhigulin, 54 years old, St. Petersburg:

I tried all kinds of medications when I began to notice that my potency had deteriorated and problems appeared during intimacy. I am sure that many people have encountered this problem, but none of us went to the doctor, but instead, like me, we rushed to the pharmacy. That’s when I blushed and bought Viagra. It seemed like everything was fine the first time, but then it got so bad that I didn’t even want to have sex. Over time, I tried a couple more drugs and decided that, apparently, I would have to give up love affairs. But recently I came across a collection of Siberian elders to enhance potency. I decided to take another risk and, to my joy, finally experienced that long-awaited orgasm that I was already afraid to dream of. I rejoice as in my youth, and I am sure that there are still many years of life ahead, where sexual relations with my wife will not occupy the last place.

Rostislav Korneenko, 48 years old, Kostroma:

Having discovered problems with potency, I began to look for a remedy that would help me. I had heard a lot about instant pills, but after reading about their side effects, I did not risk restoring male strength in this way. I tried many folk recipes, ate honey and nuts regularly, and began to exercise, but I could not achieve the desired effect. And I wanted to have sex like in my youth: passionately, several times a night. And then I found the remedy that turns me on half a turn. This is tea prepared from a collection of herbs according to the recipe of the Siberian Old Believers. I don’t need any pills, I drink a cup of tea every day at lunch and in the evening and everything is fine. Try it, you won't regret it.

Anton Smirnov, 56 years old, Pskov:

For a real man, impotence is worse than a war or an earthquake. Although it sounds funny, it is practically true. I also encountered this and know what I'm talking about. I overcame my illness by using the collection of Siberian Old Believers No. 1. I drank the course for 3 weeks and my hero again stands as in his youth. No chemicals in tablet form. Remember, herbs do not cripple, nature has always helped people heal.

Andrey Vidyapin, 51 years old, Smolensk:

I underwent treatment for baldness using hormonal ointments. As a result, the hair did not grow, and he also developed impotence. Not only me, but also my wife was shocked. We decided not to resort to such drugs anymore. On the advice of a urologist, we purchased a collection of Siberian Old Believers for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. The tea tastes pleasant and restores male strength instantly. It's not surprising. There is such a powerful lineup there. Ginseng alone is worth it, and there are also a bunch of other plants.

The medicine of the past has kept secrets for thousands of years, but now its secrets are being revealed in a new way. Research shows that the herbs of Rus' were the main companions for people.

The experience of studying the medicinal properties of plants by ancient healers subsequently turned out to be unfairly crossed out. For a long time it was unfashionable to trust decoctions made from buttercup flowers.

But for some reason everyone forgot that the basis of pharmacology at the beginning of its path was plant raw materials. Thus, salicylic acid, isolated from willow bark, gave birth to aspirin.

Now interest in healthy food has swept the earth, and it has also drawn us into the mystery of folk healing.

Since ancient times, cloves have been used to treat the eyes, liver, stomach and heart, and black pepper is a cure for all diseases for healers.

In Rus', an herbal infusion was made from senna and rhubarb for constipation, and wild rosemary and wormwood were used as a disinfectant.

Most of the manuscripts have not survived. People were afraid of denunciations, but some still managed to keep the medical supplies secretly. Thanks to the most valuable heritage, descendants gained knowledge about the unique principles of folk healing.

Ancient herbalists point to the special influence of onions and garlic. They were used to treat burns and bruises. Fresh shoots were applied to the wounds. The art of healing was passed on to descendants. The following were popular among the people:

  • nettle;
  • wild rosemary;
  • sagebrush;
  • freshwater;
  • Linden;
  • ash;
  • birch.

The healers used both wild berries and cultivated plants grown with their own hands. During the period of the spread of literacy and the adoption of Christianity in Rus', the experience was summarized in surviving medical books, but many of the handwritten copies disappeared in the maelstrom of terrible wars and fires. Now there are no more than 250 of them, which describe how traditional medicine in Ancient Rus' used the natural arsenal.

Air

The plant, reaching one and a half meters in height, has straight leaves and long roots. Reed thickets are found mainly near water bodies and among swamps.

In Russia, the herb has been known since the 13th century, and magical properties have been attributed to it since the time of the Mongol-Tatars. They were convinced that horses should be watered in those reservoirs where this grass grows nearby.

Calamus, like dill, coriander, and turmeric, was eaten as a spice. A decoction was made from it and mixed with kvass. This property helped protect the drink from fermentation: the concentration of essential oils made it possible to destroy bacteria. The plant is more often called “common calamus,” although other terms are also used for it.

Ancient recipes for the stomach

  1. For heartburn. Powder from the roots of the grass on the tip of a teaspoon. taken orally, washed down or chewed a small piece and swallowed.
  2. For intestinal colic. Prepare an infusion of 2 tsp. chopped roots. They are steamed with a glass of boiling water and left overnight. Take 1/2 cup before meals 4 times a day.
  3. For rinsing the mouth. Use a warm infusion. It relieves inflammation of the gums and mucous membranes well.
  4. For eyes. Healers claim that if you apply the juice of the herb to your eyelids, your vision improves.
  5. To increase blood circulation. For constantly cold hands and feet, take baths with hot water and calamus. After hygiene measures, limbs are not wiped with a towel.

Magical properties of calamus

Healers still use calamus in rituals to rid a person of ailments, more often from intestinal and stomach diseases.

  • To attract money, protect against “spoilage,” and heal, they collect calamus seeds, make beads, and put the crushed roots in a bag and carry them with them.
  • When there is a sick person in the house, the smoking mixture is sprayed using a special device, and then the disease does not spread to the rest of the residents.
  • Chopped calamus roots are placed in the corners of the house to protect oneself from poverty and hunger.

Calamus is also valued for its love spell. They knew about his magical ability to seduce in ancient times, and they do not forget about it now.

Love spell ritual

The mysterious ceremony was once performed by real “witches”. They sprinkled a potion on the boy, which the young lady was “lusting” over. After the ceremony, the young man could no longer resist the ardent gaze.

Simple recipe

Dried roots are poured with vodka. Take 100 g of raw material per bottle and infuse it for about two weeks in a dark and cool place. The infusion is poured into the object of adoration in small portions.

What herbs did they drink in Rus'?

In ancient times, when coffee and tea had not yet been introduced, truly magical drinks were prepared from herbs, fruits and roots. They were called "boilers."

People in ancient times were distinguished by endurance and good health. Simple brewing methods have also been preserved.

  1. Strengthening tea. Take a pinch of raspberry, currant and oregano leaves. Brew and insist.
  2. To relieve nervous tension. Mix linden inflorescences, hawthorn, St. John's wort and lemon balm in equal proportions and brew like regular tea. It is recommended to drink at night.
  3. For neurasthenia. Mix 2 parts of elderberry with thyme and linden, 1 part each.
  4. From gas formation. Brew peppermint, thyme and chamomile.
  5. For gout. Mix rose hips, currants (black), nettles and rowan.
  6. To cleanse blood vessels. The same amount of raspberry leaves, currants, white acacia flowers.

The methods of brewing teas used to be no different from the current methods. Many recipes that have survived to this day are made up of rare, extinct plants of Ancient Rus', or those listed in the Red Book.

Natural teas used to be brewed in the usual way, which is still used today. Pour hot water over the kettle, put herbs into it, pour boiling water over it and leave for 10-15 minutes. If necessary, filter through a fine sieve.

The exception is decoctions that are subjected to prolonged heat treatment by boiling or preparing the drug in a water bath.

The names “demonic poison” and “ant grass” indicate that not only healing qualities were attributed to plants. Many of them were the basis for songs and tales, but some herbs are shrouded in mystery, which still excite ordinary people and sorcerers-healers.

Weeping grass

In myths and legends, loosestrife (official name) is mentioned as a plant with enormous power.

The legend that it helps to dominate demons and fight evil spirits has reached us. In ancient times, crosses and magical amulets were made from roots collected early in the morning. It was believed that magic talismans would help:

  • drive away the demon;
  • protect from evil spirits;
  • find untold riches;
  • put a restless child to sleep.

When collecting other plants to give them magical powers, you need to take a sprig of weeping grass with you.

Beneficial features

The herb is popular both in folk medicine and in official pharmacology. It is no coincidence that plakun grass is credited with medicinal properties; the roots and leaves are saturated with useful components:

  • tannins;
  • essential oils;
  • resins.

The plant has anticonvulsant, tonic, anti-inflammatory and astringent properties. A decoction of the roots was used to treat female diseases, from the leaves - nervous disorders, insomnia, and from the flowers - indigestion.

Overcome-grass

Ancient philosophers said that for happiness and harmony you only need to decorate your life with flowers. Stories about magical specimens gradually turned into myths. Odolen-grass in Rus' is the queen of reservoirs, shrouded in an aura of mystery.

In the old days, beautiful lilies were compared to a sad mermaid who turned into a magical flower because of unrequited love.

Among the ancient Slavs, the water lily was a talisman that saved from the evil eye and evil demons. The ancestors, who firmly believed in the magical power of herbs, put on an amulet with the root of a dried lily before a long journey.

The talisman protected from disease and hunger, helped to cope with the difficulties of a difficult journey and misfortunes. Overcoming grass symbols on amulets can now be purchased in specialized stores.

About the healing properties of lilies

The famous writer and journalist Rim Akhmetov, in a book dedicated to medicinal herbs, informs that overpowering grass heals:

  • women's diseases;
  • nervous disorders;
  • tuberculosis;
  • gastrointestinal diseases.

Traditional healers offer recipes where the main ingredient is water lily.

  • oil extracted from the roots relieves tumors;
  • decoctions help with kidney diseases, high blood pressure, bleeding;
  • dried and ground rhizomes heal festering wounds.

But the ancient Slavs considered the most effective talisman to be a talisman with overpowering grass and fern.

King of all herbs in Rus'

The mythical flower opens its buds on the night of Ivan Kupala. In Rus', this is the time for splashing in ponds, picking flowers, herbs, weaving wreaths, and jumping over fires.

It was this day that was considered the most magical time for performing rituals and fortune-telling. No one slept at night, so as not to become a victim of werewolves, sorcerers and witches. In the old days, it was believed that not only ferns, but all herbs were fraught with magical secrets.

If someone manages to find, pick and bring home a blooming fern, then he will definitely become a lucky, rich and happy person.

It was believed that luck gave the owner the gift of clairvoyance and power over the ominous power of darkness. According to other legends, mandrake roots had no less effective influence. Among people, the plant was called “Adam’s head.”

Hunters took advantage of the herb's ability to heal wounds, and when they fumigated their guns, they were sure to have good luck. According to Russian belief, another plant blooms on Kupala night, but quickly fades.

Rip-grass

Seeing a flower is a great success for both brave warriors and cunning thieves. The legend about the witchcraft power of the plant to “subdue metal” took root among the Slavic peoples.

Firm confidence in the magical influence of amulets helped to win battles and win fights. People believed that a warrior dressed in armor made of tear-grass was not afraid of arrows or other weapons.

Surrounded by mystery, the plant was used before and now in their practice by healers and magicians, convinced that the boundaries between the astral world and earthly existence are blurring.

Smoking in Rus'

From time immemorial, peasants grew hemp, but there is little evidence as to whether they smoked weed in Ancient Rus', because for Slavic culture such a hobby was not a tradition, as it was for the inhabitants of Central Asia.

Even smoking tobacco was discouraged for a long time. When thousands of boxes with “overseas potion” were brought into the country already under Peter I, they hinted to the tsar that the patriarch would be dissatisfied. But the emperor was adamant and established two factories, and shag soon began to be grown on plantations. Thus, a suffocating habit gripped Rus'.

Secrets of Slavic beauties

In Rus', quinoa, forgotten by everyone, served as a source of fiber and vitamins, and now few people are interested in the fact that the weed is rich in:

  • proteins;
  • essential oils;
  • minerals;
  • fiber.

If you add raw leaves of the plant to drinks, soups and salads, then such an additive allows you to cleanse the liver and intestines of toxins. Rejuvenating treatments from quinoa have been used for a long time. Previously, Russian beauties used to wash their face with it twice a day, after which age spots disappeared, and the skin became smooth and soft.

Ancient recipes of youth

A small amount of fresh grass is scalded with boiling water and wrapped. After 30 minutes the infusion is ready. They wash their face and hands. Ice is made from it, and cubes are rubbed in the mornings and evenings.

They say that if you use dried herbs, the rejuvenating effect is more noticeable. It is poured with boiling water, infused, filtered, and milk is added. Using soft napkins, apply the mixture to a clean face and hands.

Russian bath

The chronicles of 966 say that baths in Rus' were some kind of hospitals for the people, and the granddaughter of Prince Vladimir, Eupraxia, who was passionate about healing, collected herbs and prepared decoctions for the nobility and commoners.

Even then she understood the role the Russian bath plays for human health and spoke about its features. Being a famous doctor, she studied numerous recipes of traditional healers, applying her accumulated experience.

Fragrant and medicinal infusions were splashed onto the stones. When inhaled, the vapors instantly passed through the lungs into the blood. Infusions were constant companions:

  • mint;
  • eucalyptus;
  • oregano;
  • chamomile;
  • linden;
  • thyme.

Everyone remembers their favorite children's fairy tales. In them, the main characters often call for the help of herbs. Often, a found twig, flower or stem raised a hopelessly ill hero to his feet. In fact, human health and life in Rus' belonged to healers and sorcerers, who passed on their skills to close descendants.

People often forget that any medicine can be turned into poison. Herbs have a powerful effect on the body, and wise healers skillfully used this property.

Instead of a preface

Among ancient Russian manuscripts, medical works have always occupied a special place. Despite the difficult periods of Russian history, quite a few truly valuable works from different times have been preserved to this day: healers, herbalists, healers, herbalists and others. There are serious reasons to believe that in the old days there were much more such collections and other works on herbs and treatment, and they had a very serious impact on the daily lives of people.
Seeing the genuine interest of our subscribers in herbalism and the art of herbalism, we want to start a series of articles devoted to medicinal herbs, berries, trees and mushrooms. We will try to lift the veil of mystery for readers on this vast and incredibly interesting topic. Using the information that rests here and is hidden from the wide eye, real medical treatises can be written. We won’t go that deep, dear reader, with you, but we promise to replenish your knowledge base with important, useful and versatile information.

So let's get started.

“That herb is the KING of all herbs...”

In the folk healing tradition, it was customary to divide herbs into royal herbs, which had great power, and all others, whose power was more modest. The very word tsar, as is known, in Ancient Rus' had a special sacred connotation. Some divided all the herbs into three groups: the king of herbs, the retinue and the people. This gradation, of course, is arbitrary, but it gives us a better understanding of which herbs can have what power.

It should also be remembered that the power of grass is a double-edged sword. A person can either strike at an illness, curing his illness, or strike at himself, seriously harming his own health. Therefore, the main rule that works in all cases is that the stronger the active substances of the plant, the more reverence you need to treat its use.

One of the earliest mentions of the king of grass was left in his “Daily Notes” by the adjutant of the Academy of Sciences, I. I. Lepyokhin. Traveling around Russia in 1768-1769, he turned his attention to how widely known this herb was among the healers of the city of Vladimir. Modern scientists suggest that the discussion in these notes was about northern aconite (northern wrestler, common wrestler, tall wrestler).

Aconite or fighter(lat. Aconitum)

This is a genus of perennial herbaceous plants of the Buttercup family. The name of this plant has been preserved since ancient times. From ancient Greek, aconite can be translated as “arrows” or “rock.”

There is one hoary legend that tells us about the possible origin of this herb. The legend has its roots in the exploits of Hercules, known to everyone since childhood. Performing his 12th labor, the mighty demigod brought the huge three-headed dog Cerberus out of the kingdom of Hades. Once outside, the monster began to violently break free from the strong hands of Hercules. The sun's rays, which the dog had never seen during his guard duty in the underworld of Hades, blinded Cerberus, forcing him to break out with even greater frenzy. As he tried to free himself, poisonous saliva began to drip abundantly from his mouth, flooding the ground, grass and rocks around him. Where the saliva dripped, tall, slender poisonous plants grew and stretched towards the sky like arrows. This all happened near the Greek city of Akoni, after which the perennial was allegedly named.

It should be noted right away that aconite is a genus of poisonous plants. The ancient Germans, Gauls and Slavs lubricated arrowheads with its juice to hunt wolves, leopards and other predators. Hence, aconite was also called wolfsbane, wolfsroot, dog death and black potion. According to one legend, Tamerlane himself was poisoned by the juice of aconite, which his skullcap was soaked with.

But expert healers knew how to use some varieties of aconite for medicinal purposes. Moreover, even today, some modern medical preparations are made from individual parts of representatives of the genus Aconite. But let's go back to the notes of Adjutant Lepekhin and read these interesting lines:

“The janitor, an elderly woman who in the city, as we later found out, was considered a relative of Aeskulapov, saw a pile of herbs and asked us: for what purpose are we collecting herbs? But as we answered her, that we have no other subject than curiosity, and we do not understand the power of these herbs; Then she was so encouraged by our answer that she did not stop blaspheming our subject, and, proud of her knowledge, said: “And gold is in the hands of those who do not know dirt.” Then the King took the grass, and, calling it an earthly treasure, a joy to the sick, and so on, she set out to be our Hippocrates. “This is the King of Herbs,” she continued, “the herb above the herbs, useful in many diseases, from the womb, water sickness, from the uterus, when it sits in the throat; from paralysis, from all evil spirits.” I would, without hesitation, instill fear in the reader if I were to give here our venerable grandmother’s interpretation of the mentioned diseases.”

From the words of the healer, we can understand how revered this herb was in healing and was almost a panacea for many diseases. We see the same respectful attitude towards this herb in Soviet medicine. Thus, in the VII State Pharmacopoeia of the USSR dated 1946, two types of wrestler (monkshood) were included: Karakol wrestler and Dzungarian. These plants grow in the mountain forests of the Tien Shan. Also used is the grass of the borer, from which the drug allapinin is produced, which has an antiarrhythmic effect.

Some types of aconite have old Russian names that have come down to us: “wrestler-root”, “wolf root”, “tsar-potion”, “goat death”, “lumbago-grass”, “wolf-killer”, “blue-eyed”, “exhausted” Kul root" and others. Aconite is also known as the witch's flower.

The use of aconite in folk medicine in different countries

Common wrestler, which, in all likelihood, was discussed in the notes of Adjutant Lepekhin, is still very common both in folk medicine of Siberia and the Altai Mountains, and in herbalism in Mongolia and Tibet.

The Mongols call this plant “man-chin-man” - the king of medicines, great, powerful. Ripe seeds (“bihyanagwy”) are used to treat abscesses, acute and chronic purulent infections, as well as syphilis.

In Altai, aconite is infused in vodka and consumed in small quantities “if your insides hurt.” Aconite lotions have been and continue to be used for breast cancer. Like the Mongols, the Siberians often used aconite for syphilis. Traditional medicine widely uses aconite for rheumatism and ascites, as well as for neuralgia. In the latter case, baths or ointments are prepared. Preparations made on the basis of wrestler are used for various types of dermatitis.

Wrestler tall(also known as Djungarian aconite, skull cap, blue buttercup) is used for cancer. Its active substances are alkaloids, the use of which against various types of tumors is welcomed by traditional medicine in different countries. Officially, this plant is used to fight cancer in Bulgaria and a number of Asian countries.

Today, in the fight against oncology, aconite is more often used together with traditional and classical methods of treatment, including surgical removal of the tumor. Patients achieve especially positive effects when the disease is detected at an early stage. In inoperable cases, miraculous effects are unlikely to be expected; here, an extract from aconite can only help as an analgesic and a means to improve the general condition of the patient. In official medicine, aconite is not recognized as a medicinal product, but traditional healers and herbalists agree that aconite, when properly collected, prepared and prepared infusions, can fight many diseases.

In modern homeopathy, Aconitum D4 is prepared from fresh and flowering plants, which successfully helps overcome colds, fevers, and some heart diseases.

One way or another, when using aconite, you should strictly follow the recommended dosages and this should be done under the supervision of your doctor. Collecting, preparing herbs and preparing medications at home is deadly. The content of toxic substances in different parts of the plant is greater than in the well-known hemlock.

Other uses of the plant in everyday life

Since the herb aconite is very poisonous, it is used as an effective insecticide that can destroy both flies and cockroaches when using a tincture from the flowers of the plant.
