Brain vessels - how to strengthen them with folk remedies

Do you care about the condition of your blood vessels? If you are reading this article, then I hope the answer is yes. Today I am publishing recipes for strengthening and cleansing the vascular system of the brain, which I collected in my handwritten folk therapy books by E.V. Rodionova. Read, apply - to have a clear head, good memory, and prevent cardiovascular diseases.

Very easy cleaning method

  • Eat carrots daily. Consume it in all forms: raw, boiled, fried, baked - any.
  • At the same time, take a tablespoon (three times a day, an hour before meals). Prepare it like this:
    1. mix honey, fresh carrot and beet juice (take the ingredients in a glass), 50 ml of vodka;
    2. leave to brew for a day, then add the juice of one, stir (until the honey dissolves).
  • The prepared product is enough for 2 months. Then a break (2 months), then repeat taking the balm again. Do this 4 times a year. It’s a little troublesome, but believe me, the result is worth it – I verified it myself. I have only taken it for the first 2 months, but I will definitely continue – my head has become clearer and it hurts less. I am also satisfied with the fact that there is a need to consume a lot of carrots - there were a lot of them at the dacha this year (only a little small). Now I’m writing an article and, in order to strengthen the blood vessels of the brain, I’m gnawing on a small sweet carrot.
  • The most delicious folk remedy for strengthening blood vessels

    To clean the blood vessels, you don’t necessarily need to take bitter pills; you can treat yourself to a delicious folk remedy. Pass 2 oranges, 2 lemons (peeled, pitted) through a meat grinder and place in a glass jar. Add 2 tables. spoons (natural), mix well, put in the refrigerator for a day. Consume a teaspoon before each meal - simple, tasty, healthy.

    Cleansing and strengthening brain vessels with herbs

    1. Make a collection of equal parts of motherwort, dried grass, meadowsweet, and fruits. Brew 4 tablespoons of the mixture with 1 liter of boiling water. Leave for at least 8 hours. Drink 1.5 - 2 months, 0.5 cups 3 - 4 times daily.
    2. Take a break for a month, then drink 1/3 glass of another mixture (duration, number of doses is the same) from equal quantities of Sophora japonica, sweet clover flowers, and meadow geranium herb. Brew 2 tbsp. spoons of collection with 0.5 liters of boiling water (in a thermos).

    Not all of the herbs we need grow here, but you can find and buy them if you want. This method perfectly cleanses and strengthens blood vessels, improves cerebral blood supply, and stabilizes blood pressure.

    How to clean vessels with sea buckthorn oil and dill seeds

    • For 3 weeks, take 1 teaspoon of sea buckthorn oil 2-3 times every day 30 minutes before meals - a simple, very effective prevention. This oil has a very positive effect on the blood supply to the brain, stabilizes blood pressure, and improves the condition of the entire body.
    • Place 1 cup (seeds), 2 tbsp. spoons of valerian (crushed root), 2 tbsp. bee honey. Pour 2 liters of boiling water, strain after a day. Take: 1 tablespoon three times a day, 30 minutes before meals.
    • Mix slightly warmed sea buckthorn oil (0.5 l) with dill seeds (1 cup), place in a dark place. After 3 weeks, strain. Take a tablespoon once a day.

    Green tea will help strengthen and cleanse the vascular system

    This, in my opinion, is the simplest, accessible way to strengthen the walls of blood vessels, increase their elasticity and capacity. Drinking green tea is very healthy and necessary. You can add a little lemon balm, mint, thyme. It is better to drink green tea in the morning, during the day, and abstain in the evening.

    Viburnum to normalize cerebral circulation

    The beautiful viburnum has a lot of healing properties; it can strengthen the cardiovascular system:

    • Brew 3 tbsp. spoons of viburnum berries with 3 cups of boiling water. Let it sit for 4 hours. Drink half a glass 3 times.
    • Transfer to 3 l. jar of ripe viburnum berries twisted in a meat grinder (1 kg), add honey (1 kg), cognac (0.5 liters). Mix everything well (until the honey is completely dissolved), leave the closed jar for 30 days in a dark place. Take a tablespoon with meals.

    Cleansing blood vessels with garlic and lemon

    The main component of this cleaning method is garlic. It contains all the necessary substances to cleanse and strengthen the vascular system. Lemon enhances the healing effect because it also contains microelements and vitamins that are beneficial for the heart and blood vessels. To strengthen the blood vessels of the brain as effectively as possible, follow these simple rules:

    • Always chop the garlic (with a blender or masher). When crushed, healing substances are activated in it.
    • Always use lemon with the peel, because it contains medicinal essential oils that relieve vascular spasms and reduce blood pressure.
    • During treatment, do not drink alcohol, coffee, strong tea, or hot spices.
    • Drink at least 2 liters of water daily. Consume freshly squeezed juices from vegetables (carrots, beets, cabbage).
    • Take any of the recommended remedies for 3–4 weeks, 1–2 times a year.

    The most effective means for cleaning blood vessels based on garlic:

    • In a liter jar, put 2 - 3 cloves, 1 lemon with peel (pre-grated), fill with warm boiled water. Let it brew for a day. Consume 50 ml before meals.
    • To 1 glass of garlic infusion (prepared as described above), add 1 tbsp. lemon juice, honey. Stir and consume three times a day for 2 s. spoons.
    • Grind 3 lemons and 2 heads of garlic with a blender. Add 100 g of honey (liquid), mix well, pour into a dark bottle, leave to infuse in a dark place for 10 days, tying the neck of the bottle with gauze. Take three times a day, diluting 1 s. l. mixture in a glass of water. Honey helps keep blood pressure normal and reduces the side effects of garlic.
    • Pass a head of garlic through a garlic press, mix the pulp with vegetable oil (to cover the garlic), and put it in the refrigerator for a day. When taking (30 minutes before meals), mix 1 teaspoon of garlic oil with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
    • Peel the head of garlic, pour 200 ml of milk into the cloves. Cook over low heat until the slices are soft. After cooling, drain the milk and take a spoonful before eating.

    How to strengthen blood vessels with barberry

    To strengthen the walls of blood vessels, they do not use berries, but an infusion from the bark of young branches and roots of barberry. To prepare the product, pour 1 tbsp. spoon of raw materials with 0.5 liters of boiling water, let stand for 3 - 4 hours. Take 100 ml 3 – 4 times. per day (warm).
