  • Soak the liver in water, remove films, cut into small pieces.
  • Soak the bread (crumb) in milk, add to the liver, and pour in the milk.
  • Beat the yolk and add to the liver mass, mix. Grind using a blender.
  • Separately, beat the egg whites until fluffy, add to the mixture and mix gently with a spoon.
  • Place the mixture in a greased mold. Bake for 40–50 minutes at 180°C.

Liver pie

  • beef liver – 200 g;
  • onion - half;
  • carrots – 1 pc.;
  • pumpkin – 100 g;
  • bell pepper – 1/2.

Preparation:

  • Soak the liver in water, cut into pieces, removing the film.
  • Peel the onions, carrots, peppers and pumpkin, rinse and cut into pieces.
