Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated January 27, 2016 N 40 “On approval of the total volume of admission target figures for specialties and areas of training and (or) enlarged groups of specialties and areas of training for training in educational programs of higher education at the expense of budgetary allocations from the federal budget for the 2017/18 academic year"

In accordance with paragraph 7 of the Rules for establishing, for organizations carrying out educational activities, admission targets for professions, specialties and areas of training and (or) enlarged groups of professions, specialties and areas of training for training in educational programs of secondary vocational and higher education at the expense of budgetary allocations of the federal budget approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 27, 2015 N 285, and on the basis of the decision of the board of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (minutes of the meeting dated December 23, 2015 N PK-5vn) I order:

1. Approve the attached admission target figures for specialties and areas of training and (or) enlarged groups of specialties and areas of training for training in educational programs of higher education at the expense of budgetary allocations from the federal budget for the 2017/18 academic year.

2. The Department of State Policy in the Sphere of Higher Education (Sobolev A.B.) ensure that, in accordance with the established procedure, a competition is held for the distribution of admission quotas for specialties and areas of training and (or) enlarged groups of specialties and areas of training for training in educational programs of higher education for account of budgetary allocations of the federal budget for the 2017/18 academic year in accordance with the total volumes of admission control figures in accordance with this order.

3. Control over the implementation of this order is assigned to Deputy Minister A.A. Klimov.

SECONDARY VOCATIONAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS AT THE ACCOUNT OF

BUDGET ALLOCATIONS OF THE FEDERAL BUDGET

FOR THE 2018/19 SCHOOL YEAR

In accordance with paragraph 7 of the Rules for establishing, for organizations carrying out educational activities, admission targets for professions, specialties and areas of training and (or) enlarged groups of professions, specialties and areas of training for training in educational programs of secondary vocational and higher education at the expense of budgetary allocations of the federal budget approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 27, 2015 N 285, and on the basis of the decision of the board of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (minutes of the meeting of the board dated December 22, 2016 N PK-4vn) I order:

1. Approve the total volumes of admission target figures for professions, specialties and (or) enlarged groups of professions, specialties for training in educational programs of secondary vocational education at the expense of budgetary allocations of the federal budget for the 2018/19 academic year (hereinafter referred to as the total volumes of admission target figures) in accordance with Appendices No. 1 - 2 to this order.

2. The Department of State Policy in the field of training of workers and additional vocational training (Chernoskutova I.A.) ensure that, in accordance with the established procedure, a competition is held to distribute to organizations engaged in educational activities the target numbers for admission by profession and specialty for training in educational programs of secondary vocational education at the expense of budgetary allocations of the federal budget for the 2018/19 academic year in accordance with the total volumes of admission control figures approved by this order.

3. Control over the implementation of this order is assigned to Deputy Minister L.M. Ogorodova.

Lists of areas of higher education training have been established: bachelor's, master's, training of highly qualified personnel in programs for training scientific and pedagogical personnel in graduate school and adjunct programs.

Lists of higher education specialties have been approved: specialty, training of highly qualified personnel under residency and assistantship internship programs.

The lists approved in 2009 by the Government of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation can be used until the completion of training of persons previously admitted to the areas of training (specialty) specified in them.

These are lists of areas of training (specialties) of higher vocational education, confirmed by the assignment to a person of the qualification (degree) of “specialist”, as well as “bachelor” and “master”.
