Georgian 10 clinic 22. Profiles of medical care

Attitude and reception of some doctors

The attitude and reception of 70 percent of doctors, and perhaps even qualifications. Dear management of the clinic, please tell me, is it possible to somehow solve all these problems and not lead them to absurdity? Or do you always have to prove that you need help? And why do you need to constantly go somewhere and complain?

I didn’t want to write a review for a long time, but this can’t continue. Last year I moved and joined this clinic. There were a large number of panic attacks, which were accompanied by calling an ambulance, which, in turn, sent me to the clinic. It all started in January 2019, a polite doctor with a Georgian surname held an appointment, made an appointment for tests, etc., taking into account the queue, services were provided to me, thank you. Then the matter stopped at the neurologist - and apart from the drugs that did not help, I received no help. Ok, another visit, this time the doctor is the neighbor of the first doctor, and everything is the same, only without tests, but straight to the neurologist, and this again means two weeks of waiting for an SMS, plus a week for an appointment. Next, thanks to the massage therapists and electrophoresis, everyone is polite and responsible. However, help again did not help. By chance, unfortunately, I ended up with an unscrupulous private chiropractor. I ran again to the doctor on Kedrov, my local police officer, as it turned out, Maruga, it seems, and thanks again, they refuted it with the help of an urgent CT scan, prescribed pills, but again the main problem remained. From January to April, it would seem. Much was checked, however, at least one doctor would have suggested that it was necessary to turn towards psychiatry... And so, I got an appointment with a psychiatrist, but, unfortunately, without the participation of the doctors of GP 22. The doctor helped, and within two months I was back to the old life. However, you need to periodically donate blood and monitor your heart rate to monitor indicators due to the effect of the medications. From June to December 2019, I needed to have blood drawn and heart monitored 2 or 3 times. The first time was like this: around July, I made an appointment according to the rules with a general practitioner, waited for the appointment, came and told about everything, to which I received the question: “Do you have supporting documents that you need to donate blood and do an ECG?” My answer: "Unfortunately, no." Further, with a negative note and not without swearing, I still managed to sign up and do everything, and get results. The second time was like this... I got overwork, extrasystoles, an ambulance, again nothing. My psychiatrist recommended that I see a cardiologist, in view of the appointment, wait a week, come, wait again, wait for the SMS and come again, I turned to a doctor I knew privately. I was recommended again for control, but to hang up the Halter. I called GP 22, found out the approximate queue, a week for the holter. Great, you can wait. I was in a hurry to get to the appointment, thought I would be late, came and sat for another half an hour. Well, ok, not the first time, but if you’re 5 minutes late, they’ll call the next one. December 2019, and again a doctor with a Georgian surname, again - show documents that this is what was recommended to you. The doctor writes it down, not me. It’s strange, the history of my visits and diagnoses doesn’t say anything, the conclusion of the ultrasound of the heart provided by me doesn’t say anything. The ECG, in which the paramedic could not determine that these were extrasystoles, because the chest was shaking, does not mean anything. Oh yes, I completely forgot, after the neurologist I haven’t seen my card for a long time at appointments, but oh well. So, again, negativity and raised tones, a direct path to the manager. She listened and again: “Show me what was recommended to you,” he showed that it was there. This is ok. But I have nothing else to do to invent? Show what is recommended to you. Raised tones again... We did an ECG and went to a cardiologist. I went to the cardiologist, explained it, the doctor looked at it, said ok, I’ll write it down, but next time take the recommendation, isn’t it urgent for you? I say: “Yes, but the pills I’m taking are running out, and I can’t delay too much.” Ok, are you receiving text messages? I wrote something down in my diary and that was it. Babiashvili 12/05/2019 at 9:30 Gladkova T. A. 12/05/2019 at 11:20. I remembered that I needed blood tests, made an appointment, and on December 12, 2019, therapist Grebeshkova made an appointment. When you come to the post, you take it, and in a few days you will see the results. I donated blood - thank you all, it turns out that this is possible without any problems. A few days later I came to the post on the 5th floor, to which I received the answer: “Make an appointment with a doctor, he has tests, if you have an appointment with him”... I wonder who said that you need to make an appointment with a doctor, or, for example, what It turns out that you can receive it electronically? Actually, nothing new, swearing and proof that you are not an ass helped me get tests, and I left in peace. Today is January 17th 22:52 - still no SMS. I called the help desk and they said that they were recording the nurse’s post, that is, come back and swear again.

Estimate:

2018 Average Terrible queues We try not to go or go as little as possible. As a rule, only for information or if the child has a prolonged cough. In all other cases, we bypass it; we don’t want to waste either time or nerves.

2018The doctors are different, but mostly they are good specialists. Normal for a clinic. There are very cool doctors, for example, ENT, gynecologist. There are no queues to the offices. The staff are on duty on weekends and holidays. It is difficult to make an appointment with specialists. Registration for 2-3 weeks is complete, because... Doctors work 2-3 days a week for 3 hours. We really like ENT Puzevich S.A. We go to her quite often. And we would go even more often if it were easier to sign up. She has a full appointment for 2-3 weeks. By the time you wait for your turn, everything will already pass)). She is very friendly, does not spare kind words for the children, the children are happy to come to her. He always treats with high quality, until complete recovery. Her treatment always has positive results. We also like the local doctors at the clinic on the street. Georgian. Quite professional and friendly. I really don’t like the strange procedure for seeing patients at the orthopedist. Terrible rush. One child has not yet gotten dressed when the other is being hurriedly examined. I understand everything, of course... But in such a hurry, you can miss something important or forget to ask. The parents in line are all thinking about one thing - will they have time to receive us??! And at the clinic on Lopatina we really didn’t like the ophthalmologist. Boorish attitude, a three-year-old child came out in tears.

We visited this clinic three times for specialists. The building is somehow uncomfortable. Very gloomy, the corridors are dark. The doctors are unfriendly. You won’t hear too much. In general, free medicine leaves much to be desired. As they say, if you want to get an explanation of the diagnosis, go to a paid one or go online yourself. Sadly!

Since 2013 There are different doctors, but overall they are good Excellent I like the lack of queues Appointments with an orthopedist and surgeon We have been visiting this clinic since 2013. We are very pleased with our pediatrician O.V. Smirnova, always clear and to the point, even if a difficult case comes several times. Always in touch and can provide emergency assistance. Also our beloved doctor Puzevich S.A., taking into account that the eldest child has adenoids, we are her regular guests. I really like that the clinic has electronic registration; we never stood in line for more than 10-15 minutes. The only thing I have big complaints about is the organization of the work of the surgeon and orthopedist. Not only do they work for 5 minutes, but in fact they probably work for 3 minutes, no longer. Also, there is always a queue for them, like a mausoleum. No matter how many times you go to these specialists, you wait at least 30 minutes for an appointment, this is even in the best case scenario

2017 Not all, but some are literate. Normal, there are changing tables, benches in the hallway. The location is next to the house. Not all doctors are competent in the field in which they work. We see E.V. Prokhorova. She is a young, but knowledgeable doctor, you can always consult her by phone, she will give good and helpful treatment. She will always find means to replace medications, which is important for very little ones with simple diseases. When she was on vacation, she was replaced by another doctor, who even She didn’t give us a referral for tests, although we asked for it, and she sent us to the hospital because of nonsense.

2017It is difficult to evaluate due to the transience of the examination - what can be examined in 1-2 minutes? Average The appointment with the orthopedic surgeon is disgustingly organized. I was forced to complain to the manager. My son had a fractured finger and visited an orthopedic surgeon three times. Every time there are terrible queues and quarrels between mothers who came by electronic registration, and urgent children arriving from emergency rooms, discharged from hospitals, sick leaves being closed - that is, those who had no opportunity to register. Quarrels, conflicts, nerves every time. The doctor and nurse do not take any part in regulating the queue - whoever gets through is a great guy!!! I turned to the manager - the only answer was “the appointment is too short”, “there is no one to work - do you know who can come to work with us???” I urgently asked to separate two queues - conscripts and registered ones, but it seems no one wants to do this. To be fair, I note that the manager promised to think about what could be done. Please write to other mothers, will the situation change??? We would really like to never see this specialist again.

I would like to speak to V.P. Yakubovskaya. This is a disgusting doctor in terms of human relations, and in professional terms there are also complaints. It all started with touching, when she persistently recommended moving to a paid center. I thought I’d go to my first appointment and see what the conditions are like at the clinic. In the end, it turned out to be a clean, bright institution with adequate staff (even at the reception). But we got Yakubovskaya (((always dissatisfied, as if she was doing us a great favor, you can’t get all the information out with pincers. She’ll look, snort and may not even answer. One day, her husband put her in her place, so she began to openly be rude to me at the reception and delayed our trip to the ENT specialist (at that time the pediatrician himself issued coupons). Here I received a storm of anger because we came at the wrong time IN THE COMPLETE absence of a queue. When I constantly let those who need help, find a map, etc. Endure I do not intend this rudeness and unprofessionalism, especially if it directly or indirectly concerns my child. Therefore, I sent a corresponding letter to the Ministry of Health and advise all offended parents to do the same! Otherwise, we will continue to tolerate this rude woman.
